The restaurant is tiny but clean. Nice little booths. The service was wonderful. We were served quickly and they didn’t rush us. The food portions are HUGE! The eggs rolls and dumplings were fantastic. The entrees which were the trio delight and the sweet and sour chicken were a bit bland. Now saying that the food was not bad just missing some flavor. But for the price and amount I was happy. I’d consider this a safe bet to eat at for the price.

Jades is always excellent! They are family owned and I love buying their food. The last time we ate my husband dropped (and lost his ear buds) they found them and returned them the next day! We will support this business always.

The service is good but the food is not worth the price. This is like Panda Express level food. Very disappointed in the general tso chicken. Was my second time trying it and both times were mediocre. Their food tasted like it was frozen and reheated in the microwave. It’s not even hot and is unevenly heated with some things tasting cold. If you like good Chinese with flavor then don’t eat here.

Patrons beware Jades now has a strictly enforced seating policy that you must be there before 8:30pm to receive service. This policy is both new and not posted anywhere. I’ve been a patron of Jades for 15+ years, long before they had their Broad St location, and they have never had this policy before. Tonight I came in at 8:31 and was denied service in front of other customers. It was embarrassing. It’s a shame because their food is really good. So if you’re a punctual early bird, stop by, but maybe ask to not be seated in the moody waitress’ section.

I enjoyed my General Tso Chicken. I wish the tasty Hot and Sour Soup was spicier. White Rice was perfect. Nice portions. Great Service. Free Egg Roll or Soup with Dine-in. Loved it.
