Definitely giving them 5 stars all across the board. I love the look and atmosphere of this restaurant. The service was very friendly and helpful. Our food came out in a timely manner and fresh. I ordered the bacon cheese burger, and it didn’t disappoint. The burger was juicy hot and seasoned. The fries were very good there, thin and crispy. I also had an oreo milkshake with my meal, and it was thick and sweet. Overall it was a great experience.

We were pleasantly surprised. Us adults got the spicy chicken sandwich with tots. The sandwich came with lettuce tomatoes pickles, would have been extra good with mayo and mustard. But the chicken was moist and thick with some actual spice. BUT let me tell you the star was the tater TOTS! So yummy… seasoned and crispy. The boys got the kids cheeseburger. Also came with just meat and cheese, it needed condiments. One kid had a banana milkshake which he said wasn’t very bananaie but was still consumed. The other kid got the chocolate chip cookie milkshakes and he rated it a 9/10.

Ok, so I love trying each new business when it opens. This location has only been open for a few weeks at the most, but you’d never know that by walking in. The dining room is large, and there is plenty of space for lots of tables and walking around. The decor is bright bot not overbearing. The counter ladies were nice and gave us time to look over their menu. By the way, they have the tiny nugget ice for their soda coke machine. I know lots of people enjoy that type of ice. I got the avocado bacon burger. There was plenty of avocado. They do not scrimp on that. It was a large burger. Cost about 13.50 with fries and med drink. They serve the shoestring fries with salt and pepper seasoning. They have a house made fry dip that was amazing to try. Overall was a good amount of food for the price. Burgers were tasty, not top of the line, but definitely better than a fast food burger.

I never write reviews but boy was the food and service awesome. The chicken tenders were so crispy and seasoned really good ! The fries and tots were great as well. They forgot my cookies and my sprite was extremely flat but I’m still giving a 5 star review because of how tasty everything was ! This will definitely be my new spot it’s better than raising canes and a lot closer to me.

It’s is a counter service restaurant, although your food is bought to your table. It does not have the atmosphere of a counter service restaurant. Very high ceilings with a modern vibe.

The only complaint I have is that their fries were a little small to me for the large we ordered, but they were good nonetheless. Line was crazy busy, about a 15 minute wait. I got the crazy good cheeseburger, definitely ask for an extra side of jaggers sauce, it’s pretty good.

So my husband and I went here about two weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Sadly, today we went there again (through the drive thru) and my ‘crispy chicken sandwich’ was a very dry grilled chicken sandwich, with onions which I did ask to be removed. My husbands sweet tea ended up being a coke and my shake was practically soup. Also, we’re very patient people but to receive that after about 45 minutes is pretty inexcusable. We had two spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and a burger. The food was okay. Honestly I was hoping it would have been better being that it’s a new business in Jacksonville. We didn’t visit for a while after they opened so I’m not sure if it was already “Jacksonville’ized” as so many places become (they start off great then just fall off). We just weren’t impressed unfortunately. Also our drinks didn’t seem to be full at all because within just a few sips they were out. I’m not sure if we will try again, maybe. We will see.

I was so excited to check out this place because we love Texas Roadhouse. We finally went today and I was so disappointed!!! For a restaurant to be so focused on “burgers, chicken, salads” it was mediocre at best. I ordered the bacon avocado burger and it was alright….they forgot my avocado but we asked for it and they gave me a cup of it to add to my burger. The burger really has no taste. It’s a huge burger, but we grill burgers better at home. It’s like the burger was a cheap frozen patty. You can eat it when you’re hungry, but it’s definitely not something you’ll be craving. The fries were alright. They were cold when we got them and I feel like they had a LOT of seasoning on them. I wish I would have tried the tater tots. Overall, it wasn’t anything special. Overpriced fast food is what it felt like. What a bummer!! I really was looking forward to a delicious grilled flavored burger and crispy fries.

Stopped by on a early Friday evening for some dinner and ordered three bacon avocado burgers with fries and a drink and the total was $50.00 ouch!! I was hoping the taste of the food would out weigh the price but unfortunately it didn’t. Maybe they had a bad night but all three burgers were flavorless. Not bad enough to complain but bad enough to not go back. I rather stick with Freddy’s as my regular burger joint. The atmosphere was nice and a little loud. I also noticed that to get to the fountain drinks you would always have to cut across the customers waiting in line, I didn’t like that. There’s a spot where sauces were and that might be a better place to relocate the fountain drinks… I would say you would need to try it out for yourselves and hopefully it’s good for ya…
