As a Thai immigrant, I can proudly vouch for the authentic, delicious food that Jai Dee Thai Kitchen makes. Along with the friendly staff and great prices, the food we ordered reminded me of Bangkok. The Thai shrimp dim sum (Shrimp Har Kao) is one that you won’t find anywhere else in Tennessee! We ordered the fried rice with crispy chicken and yellow curry with beef as our meal, which really hit the spot. I really enjoyed the variety of food they offered also! Great job!

We are in town visiting for a conference that the wife is attending. This place was in walking distance of our hotel. We quickly realized that there is literally no parking in this part of town. Anywho. We got there right at opening time and noticed that people were quickly starting to stream in and out. Back to back to go orders and dashers. So, I went with a yellow curry (mild because I’m a wuss, but I do enjoy spicy potato chips, I know – not the same) it came with chicken, rice and onion. An excellent basic curry. I managed to eat all of it and my half the gyoza appetizer. The wife had fried rice with yum yum. We got out for about $43 in total.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while because my friend said they have the best chicken fried rice he’s ever had. I finally got takeout from there tonight, and it’s the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had! I ordered the Jai Dee fried rice. The ingredients were super fresh and the dish had a great overall flavor and texture. You get to choose a spice level, which I love, because I love spice!

Talk about a incredible huge downgrade with the change to a new owner. The restaurant had a change in menu, which is understandable, but I miss my special duck curry dish. What is appalling, however, is the flavor and misnaming of dishes on their menu. I ordered the “crispy shrimp,” which I assumed to be a variation of sweet and sour shrimp. No. What I received is some plain “special rice” (just some white rice fried in a pan with some pieces of garlic and oil) and 3 measly pieces of TEMPURA shrimp–and some steamed UNSEASONED broccoli and carrot pieces. If you’re gonna serve tempura, just state it on the menu. Moreover, the flavor has gone out the door. Instead of Asian food, you have Americanized (read: white-washed) Asian food. I won’t be giving them my business again. Be warned. **This is coming from a long-time customer btw.

Ever since they switched owners I’ve been going here a few times. The dishes were inconsistent missing some key ingredients from time to time.

Pretty disappointed. Edamame was fine. I love pad thai but don’t love spicy. I ordered a level 1 (out of 5) and I couldn’t even eat my food. It was disgustingly spicy, my mouth was on fire and I had to throw it out.

Came here with a bunch of friends—we were a table of 7. The walk-up counter where you pay was convenient. The food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious! Everyone was happy with their food. The owners, a married Thai-American couple, are so kind and patient. I changed my order after initially ordering and felt so bad about it, but they were super accommodating and flexible and my food didn’t take much longer to come out! The slideshow pictures of their travels are also very cute.

Both the food and service was excellent. The cashier and server (I think her name’s Ada) was very nice and had a beautiful smile. 10/10 will visit again, just don’t know when as I go to university in Michigan.

First off I don’t like or even respect Pad Thai made with tomato sauce instead of Tamarind Sauce. It’s the sauce that makes the dish. Second, the place was sticky how the had a portable AC needless to say it was 90 plus degrees. Not a comfortable meal at all. The tiny Curry Crab Rangoons were blah. Glad I was driving through this town never to visit again!!
