Have been here twice in the last few months for breakfast and early lunch on a Sunday. Was able to walk right in and get seated, which was nice since they are usually super busy on the weekends. Staff was wonderful both times and the food was quick and tasted great! Will be back!

A little over 16 years ago we found Jake’s. At the time my wife was pregnant and the blueberry pancakes became an instant craving. Today my daughter is 16 and both my wife and her absolutely LOVE the blueberry pancakes. Everything I have ever had has been great but the best part is the service.

Food is good but service is horrible. I’ve been coming to Jake’s periodically for a couple years and always had great service but now I will never return. A few fridays ago I had Teresa, she was rude with a terrible attitude and gave slow service. Brought me the wrong food as well. More recently I came in on a busy Sunday and I had Mckayla. I thought Teresa was the worst here but Mckayla is giving her a run for her money! Equally terrible service, and also very snooty and rude. My husband asked a question about an item on the menu and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to just answer a question. It’s unfortunate that a local restaurant has employees like this tarnishing it’s reputation. All the other servers I’ve had at Jake’s have been fantastic. Get rid of these girls and maybe I’ll think about coming back! Until then, I’ll go elsewhere.

I eat at the Newtown location normally which is great. Very disappointed here. Cold potatoes…cold pancake…cold ham. Only hot item was the scrambled eggs. Not even busy. Just sloppy kitchen service. Waitress was very nice. Value is normally good but only if it’s a hot breakfast. Glad this Richboro location is not my local one.
