If you want a GREAT burger, Jake’s is the place. This was my first time going a couple coming out recommended the burgers and sweet potato fries, so I got it. And I was NOT disappointed. I was completely shocked at how juicy and flavorful the burger was. Definitely my new favorite burger spot.

Food is excellent! Highly recommend their burgers and boneless wings! The staff was so sweet, courteous, and FAST! If you stop by our waitress and waiter Sharon and Nicholas were incredible! They always made sure we had drinks and were very attentive. They also have a awesome happy hour deals!

I really wanted to love this places. I enjoy the Jakes off Main Street in FRISCO and was hoping this would have more of a bar type feel. First the remodel looks amazing. But that’s about where amazing stops.

Great food, great service. Joey, the manager, came and talked to us and everyone was attentive. We had a couple of drinks and the wings. Our kids had some kids meals and enjoyed their meals. Come give them a chance, the staff is trying to bring a good product to the area. We will definitely be back.

Tried Jakes for the first time with my wife. We came in to have lunch and took advantage of the 10 dollar lunch special for the chicken wrap which was solid. But where they really shined was the double burger. Very juicy and tasty. Brooke was our server and did a good job, just had to wait a bit to pay the tab. We definitely plan on coming back to try more of the options!

Overall it’s small diner food at twice the price. Our waitress would disappear for extended periods of times. They weren’t that busy so I have no idea where she would go. We ordered fried pickles which were a -10. Picture in your mind fried pickles. Now remember the smallest ones. We received a “basket” of only small shriveled overcooked fried pickles. The amount in the “basket” was about the amount you cold hold in a single hand. There’s no way I would go back.

We went in there earlier tonight right before a storm came through. We stood at the front waited to be seated for more than 10 minutes. The bartender could clearly see us but didn’t break off his conversation with some other patrons to get someone to assist us or get another employee to help us. A host or server was nowhere to be seen. After waiting about 15 minutes to be seated or even spoken to by any staff we decided we would just leave event though it was raining pretty bad at this point. It was not busy, either, so there is no excuse for this level of service. Would not recommend.
