This is the second time my family and I have visited Jake’s Steakhouse. I ordered the Jake’s Burger the first time. I didn’t get the stuff that comes on the Burger. I waited 30 minutes for them to bring the fixings for the Burger. By then the Burger was cold so I asked to see the menu. I showed them on the menu what should’ve been on my Burger. They offered to heat my Burger up in the microwave. I simply told them no just take it off my ticket because I don’t want a reheated Burger for the price I’m getting charged. I came in again today and was going to try again. When I got my Burger it was raw. I asked the waitress to take it off my ticket and I was just not going to come back. The owner came out and stated that all burgers are red when they are grilled. He said if I don’t like burgers I should order something different. Then he got ugly with me and my family. I still paid for the raw Burger and we didn’t get to finish our meal. The owner was very unprofessional and rude. I try to give to local businesses but it’s not worth it to have to deal with the rudeness that we experienced today.

Gonna have to do a better job on the food if they’re gonna keep the prices so high. Service was sweet, though. Was not impressed with charbroiled oysters or the steak. Sorry, not my place to go in Columbia.
