Probably the most consistent Mexican food in our neck of the woods. Love their fried flour tortillas & salsa. Wish they’d live up to their name and make a hot & spicy salsa. And the taquitos are excellent.

I have been a consistent dine-in and takeout customer to the Pinnacle Peak location for over 15 years. My takeout orders (and maybe dine-in) will end now since they switched to the ghost kitchen. Twice now the service/ food has been subpar. I was told 20-25 minutes for pick-up only to wait almost 45 minutes. I typically order shredded beef enchiladas. Today the tortilla was over cooked and dry. Someone in the kitchen must have dropped a bag of mixed vegetables on the grill because there were peas, corn and green beans mixed in with the shredded beef. The inferno sauce was ice cold, not warmed as it used to be in the restaurant. The overall taste of the food was mediocre at best. Not excellent as it was in the past. If the manager/owner reads this, be advised your experiment is not working!

If I could give it a zero I would. Not one thing came out right at this place. Waited one hour for appetizers (artichoke dip & charcuterie) dip was obviously frozen & microwaved. We sent the board back as it literally had a few pieces of old meat & 3 pieces of cheese & weird cold sausage bits. The owner said “oh ya things are just really getting expensive nowadays” when I commented on the food. Shocked. We ordered fish & chips for our main & got frozen fish patties. I’ve literally never seen this poor quality of food before. Everything was a disaster. The manager yelled at our waitress bc she too commented on the charcuterie board, saying it looked really sad & poorly put together. Management said that all the cooks & waiters walked out & the person cooking in the back wasn’t experienced basically.

Absolutely horrible experience with my take out order. We ordered online and selected asap pickup. We were informed that food will be ready in 15 min. When arrived at the location to pickup my food after 25 min our order was very hard to find due to be an online order. On top of that I was told that my order won’t be ready for another 20 min. When asked to cancel and have a refund, I was told by the bartender lady that this is online order and she cannot cancel it. I left the location without the apology and refund. Now I need to go back with my cc and dispute this horrible dining experience. Never again! DO NOT ORDER THERE!
