This is the best place to go out to eat ever. I am always happy to come here any day. No issues have ever happened when I have come here. They are truly wonderful people and listen to your every need, on top of that the food comes out as soon as the order goes through most of the time.

Have eaten at this restaurant since it opened both dine in and carry out. I have had decent service, right up to today. Ordered take out and part of my order was missing (salad & tortillas) that per the menu, come with the meal. When I called, the service staff made it sound like it was my fault because the salad type was not specified. Might want to retrain the staff, as I hung up with the thought, next time I want Mexican, I’ll go somewhere else.

Could not rate the food as it was deplorable. Had the Enchiladas Supreme which was a fair sample of their food styles. The cheese enchilada thankfully had the individual slice wrapper off of it. The bean enchilada was a watered down version of refried beans. The beef enchilada was obviously a fresh can of Alpo. While the chicken enchiladas bland taste must have come from a gallon sized Walmart can of chicken. (Sorry Walmart) Absolutely no Mexican flavor or spices used. Typical inner city school lunch taste. The only bright side to this place was our waitress Abby.

Jalapeños has the Best and I really mean THE BEST red salsa anywhere. They also have Salsa Verde if you can handle the heat but you must ask for it. All the food is fantastic. They don’t mind special orders and do whatever you want to make you happy. The staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating. We live about 20 minutes from Jalapeños but we drive past 5 other Mexican restaurants to get there because it is worth it. We feel very lucky that the best Mexican restaurant we have ever eaten at is so close to us.

Waited forever to be seated. Restaurant was not busy . Had to ask the host to stop playing with her hair in order to get a menu. Waited a long time to place my drink order .Waitress was very short with me. Didn’t listen to what I ordered and brought me the wrong dish, asked her to fix it and still didn’t bring what I ordered . Ended up in an argument and I decided to just leave. I’ll never go back . Truly poor customer service.
