Very friendly staff. They accommodated our party of 18 adults and 10 kids. Needless to say we ordered a lot of food but the service was spot on. They had a magic show for the kids and they did not make a scene because our kids were loud. The food was good.

My expectations were exceeded visiting Jalapenos for lunch! The restaurant is very clean with nice decor. I only had the steak quesadilla, but it was delicious. The chips were fresh, and you have the option of either medium or hot salsa – both were really good, but I preferred the flavors of the medium. Service was top notch. Recommended!

Walked in with my family tonight (not busy) and had 4 adults 2 children and were told to wait a minute after 5 minutes we still were not seated and a family of 6 came in and were seated immediately. Hopefully you don’t treat all customers this way. We also heard the lady in the back saying “where are we going to seat these people at” but were able to seat the same amount of people that came in a few minutes after us?

My family and I have been coming here for 10+ years and have never had a problem until recently. Last year we came with a party of 9 hoping to sit outside on the patio, they told us they could not accommodate our party inside or outside which was very disappointing for us. This year we came back with our hopes high, we had a party of 10 hoping to be seated outside again, my step dad went a couple hours before we wanted to eat to make sure they would allow us to sit outside to avoid the disappointment. They told us that they couldn’t make reservations but if we came early enough and there were enough tables and seats that a party of 10 would be no problem so we walk over again hoping to have a pleasant experience but to no one’s surprise they told us yet again they could not accommodate us, we even told them we could sit at separate tables but they still denied us. If you are looking for a place to eat and have a large family I DO NOT recommend jalapeños.

I was extremely disappointed in the food. Very bland, hardly any flavor or seasoning. So much so that I stopped eating and didn’t finish my plate even though I was still hungry. My friend got the tostada and I got the street tacos. We tasted each other’s and both agreed both dishes were extremely bland. I was also disappointed in the quality of the chicken I ordered for my tacos. It tasted no good. The chips were stale. Mild sauce way too bland. Hot salsa too spicy. They don’t offer you medium.

I come here quite a bit and it is usually pretty good, but the last time leaves something to be desired. I can appreciate they were kind of busy but our waitress seemed to forget about us outside. The beers we ordered were warm by the time we got them and the second round she had forgotten to even bring to us, so when she did they were especially warm and already sweating. Also, the manager is not very accommodating. We had asked for more chips for the table and she forgot to bring us any while we were still sitting and eating, so when we got the to go order I, once again, asked about more chips and the manager said they don’t give chips to go. I explained to him we had wanted more chips and she didn’t ever bring them, but he just said “sorry” and walked away. Not the best customer service in my opinion.
