The food was absolutely delicious, the server we had went above and beyond for us to make sure we enjoyed our food. They even sung happy birthday to my mom. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I would definitely recommend coming here to get a bite to eat.

My food arrived after everyone was finished with their food. It arrived burnt and overcooked. They told me that this particular dish takes longer, but I’ve gotten this many other times before, and I’ve never had this issue. No one ever came over to ask me how my food was when it finally arrived. Management refused to do anything except take a drink off my check, and they were not very nice. El Real and El Potro have way better food and customer service.

Went here for lunch and had a great experience! I was seated right away despite it being pretty busy for lunch! As soon as I was seated, they checked on me and took my drink order. My order was taken shortly after. The salsa was one of the best I’ve had from a Mexican restaurant in a while. I had the lunch chicken chimichanga which was delicious! I also ordered sopapias to go that were pretty good also! Definitely recommended this restaurant!

Had this happen twice asked for chicken tacos and got beef and waitresses arguing with me about me. I am very nice and understanding as I was a waitress and work in customer service. Second time I left in tears as my family stayed to finish Their food. The waitress yelled at me even though everyone at my table heard me order chicken. This was our favorite taco place, usually visit twice a week well after tonight I won’t be going back.

I wish it was a zero star! My husband and I went to this place today and the food was disgusting, on our way home (less than a mile) We had to pull over to vomit. Then once we got home I vomit two more times. I called to speak to Carlos and explained to him that their food made us sick and he said to me “you can go to the doctor “! Yes I can but who wants to pay a deductible or $120 for urgent care? He gave us no apologies and basically could care less about serving dirty nasty food. I would never ever eat at another Jalapeños and I’ll make sure to tell ALL my neighbors and co-workers how horrible the food and service is

This is my 2nd Mexican restaurant in the same town. I enjoyed this place better than Agave Mexican restaurant. Though the food was about the same, food was bland and did not taste authentic. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was awesome but the food has no flavor whatsoever. But for what we paid, (2 people, plates and 2 teas $40) I was surprised. But again, this is not real flavor 🙁 I’m sorry it’s not 5 stars. The only thing that was awesome was the Chile de Árbol salsa which was super spicy. Yummmm…
