Cute restaurant and the drinks were good but the food was not good. The meat was very dry and bland, my shrimp taste like fish and had little to no seasoning. Chips were stale and the guacamole had no flavor, when I expressed these things to the waiter she just shrugged her shoulders..very rude. She also let our drinks sit empty after walking by our table several times and not refilling. She also didn’t discount our food after we openly expressed it wasn’t good and we weren’t going to eat it.

Upon arrival we felt as though we were an inconvenience. Host said nothing, grabbed menus and sat us. We waited at least 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged and then the waitress just asked what we wanted. No personality. After finishing our meal we waited at LEAST 30 minutes for our check.

I can’t say enough about the fajita gumbo. Actually I’ve had most the menu and still haven’t found something I don’t like. Margaritas are amazing. Service is hit or miss depending on how busy it is – and your waiter. The food is always amazing.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Tuscaloosa. Great margaritas, good food, and fast service. The “Dirty Rice” dish with grilled veggies is my favorite. The place is always crowded, but there’s never a wait.
