Very busy place. But the service is on point. And the prices are dirt cheap! My husband had a kids burger and fries because he doesn’t eat Mexican food. And he said it was good. The burger was well done but hey, we’re in a Mexican restaurant!

The service was absolutely terrible and my taquitos tasted like cardboard. The dude with the grey hair has the worst attitude I think I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. He did not look like he wanted to be there at all whatsoever. He slung our menus on the table like it was a game of frisbee. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. If my options were between eating my arm and visiting Jalisco… I would just eat my arm. Do not recommend unless you like poor service and terrible food.

Ordered street tacos (they were okay). Service wasn’t the best; ordered a Coors Light, she brought a coke instead, walked away quickly before we could tell her the error, then took a while to see her again. Ordered rice & beans with my meal, never got it. But the main reason I will not return is because they charge a fee if you’re using a debit/credit card to pay. Sorry, but I don’t feel it’s right for a business to place that fee on a patron. It’s 2023, who really carries more than $20 cash.

The food was good just like always but the service wasn’t that great this time. I had a to go placed on my table without asking for it or before I had finished eating my meal. That was the last time that I saw my server during my visit.

Normally the service is good but not this time. We had to continually ask for napkins. The server never came back to check on us, never could never get another drink. The busboy gave us napkins. We waited so long to pay that we finally got up, and the guy found our order in the system. So, of course, NO TIP and won’t be returning for a while.

Firstly, the restaurant was not busy when we walked in. The manager, snapped at us when we went to look at a menu stating “I will give you the menus”. The waitress stated that the manager “buckles under pressure”. We ordered drinks and appetizers then shortly after we ordered our main meals. The food took FOREVER to come and the food was not even warm to touch when it came. Second rounds of drinks took three times to ask to finally get them. Throughout our stay, the manger would walk past and slam food down and roll his eyes. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Traveling through on our way to FL we thought we’d try this place. Took forever to be seated even though they were not very busy. When we were seated we were pointed to a table and not given menus. After waiting several minutes we were brought chips and salsa but still no menus. Other tables were seated after us, had there menus and were served drinks and we were still waiting. We finally just left. I would not recommend coming here.

If you’re looking for tasty and authentic mexican food THIS IS NOT THE PLACE, really poor service and taste, if you are mexican or latino, forget it, if you’re local/american, sorry, but not even try it! Latin food is good, but not here? We made some comments in a decent way to the manager or owner and said: This is how we have been doing it for 30 years, it’s so sad when in a hospitality business don’t mind customers opinions and the prices are so high for what you get. Really poor service as well
