Jalisco is fairly busy, and their turnover of food is very good. Whenever I dine in the food is always hot and made to order. I would say they’re an above par Mexican restaurant that has good service and serves really good food. The Steak Burrito and the Chile Relleno taco will not disappoint

Tacos were loaded with meat, great taste. This is the only place I’ll go in Burbank, with that said, give me more then 1 each of each sauce. When I ask for a little of everything, consider the order size, carrots should be standard. If I say yes to hot sauce, then at least 2 of each and some carrots. That’s my only complaint, didn’t help that one of the sauces busted open in the bag. The Tacos save these mistakes and preserve the 4 stars.

They need to hire more people. I’ve been coming here for many years and never had such a bad experience. From waiting long for the food. Our waiter was rude and had a attitude. He never checked on us to ask if we needed anything. We asked him for sour cream twice and never brought it to us, and then when I went to pay, the lady was telling me what was being charged and she tried charging us for the sour cream. But good Ofcourse is phenomenal as always.

Food was terrible for the first time, I’ve been coming here for years when I visited this time, even brought extra traveling buddies with and boy was that a big mistake food was dry like the darn desert , no taste. Wanted to take it back company and spent over 100.00 on this quest, never again will this happen. OVER IT DONE !

Did not have a good experience. We don’t live close but came with family that does. Food was ok. My husband paid the bill should have looked closer. They over charged us $40.00 on what should have been a $70.00 bill. Watch they aren’t charging for dinners when ordering single items. The food was ok at best. Will NOT go back!

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 20 years and no problems. I went there today and had the worse service ever. Not only was another person mad with their service while I was there for waiting so long. I had the problem of receiving the wrong order but I let the waitress know for next time to make sure they get it right because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for another burrito. After that the new waitress went off on me and was being rude. If she has a bad day then she shouldn’t be coming in, as a waitress you have to be kind.
