Food was very greasy and badly prepared, my burger was RED in the middle, very disappointing to see individuals making money while not delivering the service and what it takes to be a chef. On another occasion my wife order SALCHIPAPAS, it was fries with ground feed; very greasy and super salty, we could not eat it. Will never return to this place. Disgusting.

Great place to get a traditional Mexican street taco! The tacos are on handmade corn tortillas that are delicious. You can get chicken, steak, or al pastor which are all good, but the seasoning/marinade for the chicken wins it for me. Enjoy this small production with big flavor that brings me back to the streets of west central Mexico.

Small and out of the way spot but worth the trip!!!!!! Everything was great to include the service! We had the fish tacos the shrimp tacos the carne asada tacos, nachos and the Colombian burger. Everything was fresh and full of flavor! If you like heat make sure to get a bottle of the atomic bomb jalisco hot sauce the heat and flavor compliments the food perfectly. This might be my go to spot for 2022.

Always a smile when you arrive to Carlos’s food truck aka “Jalisco taco truck”. Whether you want Mexican or Colombian, this is a great place for either. I just ordered the “Barbacoa Cimichanga”. As you can see in the picture, it’s a two person job . This thing is a beast and it’s as good as it looks (twss). The taco’s , burgers and hot dogs are all good too. If you’re in the area and craving some late night delights, don’t hesitate to pull over and check out the mint green Jalisco taco truck. You won’t be disappointed *Update* Now there’s “Fritanga” style food as well
