So this place is nice and clean and in a beautiful and high end area of winter park. The menu is fairly simple, except that it has curious choices of spice up to level 5, which is labeled plentifully to instill fear into potential diners. The staff were quick and friendly, and my order was prepared very fast during lunch hour on a Saturday. Prices were a little high for a chicken sandwich, I paid about $22 for a sandwich, fries and a coke.

Walk up chicken joint that specializes in Nashville style chicken. Limited menu which means that they focus on making one thing really good! Got the Sando with a side of fries. Level 3 heat, and that was plenty spicy. The coleslaw is more vinegar based, which helped cut the heat from the giant chicken that was perfectly fried and crispy. Prices are a bit on the high side, but portions are bigger. Seating is limited to a few picnic tables out front. Overall enjoyed the tasty chicken. I would recommend trying this place out.

My mom had came home with this box and I took one bite and I went to heaven not once but every time I took a bite. I’m sad I’ve taken this long to eat here. This is the kind of food that you take one bite of and immediately know you are about to have an amazing meal. I got level 4 of 5 spice chicken Sando and the Mac n cheese. The chicken was so juicy and so crispy! Everything on the sandwich worked so well. I enjoyed the first bite as much as the last. The spice level was good, definitely a good heat with good flavor.

I had never hear of JAM Hot Chicken but I was near there and walked past their one year anniversary. I have been to Nashville and I love hot food so it intrigued me. The customer service was super friendly and she made great recs. I ordered the tenders with a no. 3 for spice and the hot fries to-go. When I got to my car, I saw that the hot fries were not there. I went back and she looked at my receipt and they were not added. Another employee quickly rectified it and didn’t charge me. I really appreciate great customer service and acknowledging mistakes. The tenders were super tasty and the perfect amount of spice. The hot honey sauce was a perfect touch. The fries were nice and savory and unique to what I’ve had before. I really enjoyed my meal there and the energy for the one-year anniversary was awesome.

Overall it was good but not sure I’ll be dying to come back anytime soon. I found it to be a bit greasy and unless you let it cool ALL the way down, the breading just disintegrates and removes itself from the chicken. On the plus side, the tenders are massive!! We tried the ‘hot’ chicken tenders and they are tasty but they aren’t joking about it being spicy. Definitely more of a kick than your traditional ‘hot’ sauce. The ‘plain’ was disappointing because it truly was plain, zero seasoning in the breading. The comeback sauce is good and we enjoyed the fries and pickles!

Seen this on tiktok. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the workers were polite & its located in a nice area. The food was not for me. They made me wait for about 20 mins & pay a lot of money for unseasoned chicken. The chicken sandwich damn near $15 & don’t even come with fries. They didn’t have any vanilla ice cream for vanilla or cookie and cream shake.
