Friendly owner and staff, cute spot. Food was decent, not a fan of the Mac and cheese… the cheese to noodle ratio was off, I felt like I was just eating cheese. The jerk chicken was decent. I would try something else off of the menu if I go back again.

Jerk chicken was ok. Oxtails were good but not a lot was given. The rice was turning sour like it was sitting out all day. Maybe because the ac is broken in there. The plantains were also going bad so wasn’t edible. The cabbage was good. The beef Patties were good.

Wonderful Jamaican food. If you’re in Dallas, you have to go here. First off, the atmosphere makes me think of the amazing restaurants in Ochos Rios. The hospitality and exceptional service are both authentically Jamaican. Although there is a wait, excellent food isn’t fast and fast food isn’t good. It was really worth the wait. Flavorful Jerk chicken that is excellent. Perfectly prepared rice and peas. The curry goat is also fantastic; it is incredibly flavorful and soft. Heavenly plantains and cabbage complemented everything. This location is a true Dallas hidden gem, so don’t miss it.

So far everything is nicely flavored .(nuff respeck to the chef ) Uses a wide variety of the island spices to flavor the food and worth the wait. Call ahead though as a few of the foods are cooked to order or you will be waiting.

For a quick pull up and carry out this was FIRE!! Can’t wait until the outside concert/live music area is complete! Super nice staff and the food (Oxtails & Jerk Chicken) was yummy. Deep portion containers so don’t be fooled by the size.

Just the customer service alone I will go back . I believe he was the owner but very friendly guy ! We ordered the oxtails and roti bread! When I tell you them oxtails were sooooo good and tender. We went back the next day to get another order . It was storming and he even threw in a little extra because of the distance I came and traffic due to the storming .

Customer service is number one when it comes down to business. My fiancé had a DoorDash order to pick up. When he went to pick it up, the man working upfront was very rude. If we all know DoorDash will let you know when the customer order is ready. When he went in the man said “I don’t know why they sent you order is not ready will be 30 minutes now go.” Just with customer service like that I would not eat at this place. He canceled the order because respect & customer service is important in a place of business.

My husband and I found this place on a whim n really liked it!! We enjoyed the jerk chicken with rice and beans , cabbage and plantains. The owner was very pleasant and the prices were decent . I recommend this place and will be going back!
