The food is great. The girl with the very short blonde hairstyle is the best. She is the nicest person. I would highly recommended trying everything on the menu. My favorite dish is the ox tails and also the shrimp dishes. Give it a try, you will be hooked. The only thing I would change is not letting the young jamaican man that is at the register from time to time not deal with the customers. He attitude and customer service skills are not great. He needs more training on how to deal with customers.

Oh my! The food is great! The service and atmosphere is great! We flew in from DC and wanted to support a black business, and we were not disappointed. I ordered the jerk tofu and my wife the shrimp meal. We ordered while waiting for rental, and they called right back to say they don’t have any more tofu. I asked for a recommendation and was suggested the vegan acke. And oh my, was it good. My wife liked her meal too. Good portions, and did I say how tasty it was! Best Jamaican food in Tampa…if you are ever in Tampa, stop by. Not far from the airport.

Y’all… I ordered this through Door Dash while visiting in Tampa. They stop taking orders at 7:55. I placed my order at 7:54. They accepted it! I ordered medium oxtails, jerk chicken, plantain, cabbage, and rice and peas. The oxtail were the best I’ve ever had–ever. They were meaty, juicy, seasoned well, and with a rich, non-oily gravy. It was also a satisfying portion at a phenomenal price compared to my local area. I had ordered the chicken case the oxtail wouldn’t be enough. I ended up eating that the next day. It was good too.

Stumbled upon this place by accident and it’s now my favorite spot. Immaculately clean. Very friendly staff! Nice vegan selection and very fresh food. The Jamaican stouts were so yummy, I had two. Can’t wait to go back!

Uh yeah nah! I’ve had way better. I got 3 oxtail platters (2 small and 1 large) 3 been pies, Mac and cheese and 2 sodas and it was over $100. Their service is pure ignorance. It makes you feel like they are doing you a favor instead of you spending your money & being the reason they exist. Just didn’t get the good Jamaican vibes from this place. You may have a different experience but that’s my humble opinion. It’s a shame cause I love Jamaican food but won’t be going back here. Gotta find a new spot.

Amazing food! Authentic Caribbean flavor and friendly atmosphere, with great veg and non veg options. If you have ever been to Jamaica you know about famous juicy patties. I think they have patties that are way better! Flaky breeding with a bit of spice on the back end. I became obsessed and stopped by every day I was in town.
