Thank you for the food. It was seasoned well. I did have the oxtail dishes and the oxtail cheese steak. It was decent. It didn’t fill me up, but I did have the oxtail dish my sister didn’t entirely eat to finish.

One of my favorite Jamaican places in Houston. Oxtail, cabbage, rice and peas, beef patty, oxtail egg rolls, no matter what it is, it’s all amazing. Food is hot and fresh and the servers were very helpful.

Oxtail egg rolls were on point! And the sauce, mouthwatering! Brown stew chicken was really good too! At first, the Mac and cheese disappointed me, but the second time I came back, they let me try it again and it was MUCH better! And the oxtail cheesesteak, I would definitely get again! The drinks, I had acres shakers and ginger beer and that was very tasty!

Moving to Houston from South Florida, I was excited to try this restaurant. It’s hard to find a West Indian presence in Houston. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas and macaroni and cheese. The sides were okay. The jerk chicken tastes like American style bbq chicken. The sauce also didn’t give me authentic yaad style jerk sauce. The chicken had the spice level of jerk, it just lacked seasoning or real flavor.

I had fried chicken, plantains and rice&peas . Omg so delicious, definitely authentic Jamaican food. The rum cake was so moist and perfect. The rum punch was awesome too. Will definitely be back. I went as soon as they opened up. Lol the music was a vibe too.
