Not authentic, sauce is authentic but only good thing. Been eating authentic for over 20 years and this not it! Chicken tastes like fried chicken no batter or seasoning not smoked!!

I wasn’t really impressed with the food. The jerk chicken had too much char on it, so that was really the only thing I could taste. The jerk sauce you dip the chicken in was good. You just need a lot of the dipping sauce to override the char on the chicken. The guy forgot to give me any bread to accompany my chicken. I will not be coming back here again.

I ordered a jerk chicken dinner. The chicken was good. The cabbage & yams were delicious! Not a huge fan of the mac & cheese, definitely gave me boxed, stove top vibes. Overall it was great. I will definitely be ordering again soon. Also, they have homemade juices and pound cake. I had the Cherry Pink Lemonade, and Vanilla pound cake. The Cherry Pink lemonade is my new favorite. I recommend both.

I love the food . My friend and I went on a Saturday afternoon . Great little spot, and the chicken and rice I ordered were delicious . The server was very generous and even checked on to us to make sure everything was alright. I will go back again

The service was great the cook was friendly but the food was garbage. The chicken tasted old with no flavor. The Mac&cheese left a yellow stain on a white dinner plate. The beans were dry on top of basically dry rice. That was my first and definitely my last time there. I noticed it was another restaurant in Markham my experience was at the Matteson location.

If I wanted baked jerk chicken, I would have done it myself at home and it would have been immensely better than what my $36 dollars spent here afforded me. Is this place under new ownership…? The quality has plummeted! We were so very dissapointed, and will not be returning any time soon. Once upon a time a go-to for us when we had company at home…It has now been removed from all future considerations….Jerk chicken, in our opinion is grilled over fire…!
