I ordered oxtails, serving portion was good however the gravy and the oxtails were watery. I called them after I tasted my food to let them know how it tasted . I’m truly disappointed that management did care that I was dissatisfied. Take time to taste your food before you serve customers. Wont go there again. You only get one chance, if you don’t try to correct my issue

Just copped a medium curry goat and large curry chicken with cabbage, it was delicious, perfect amount of spice and seasoning. Beef patty was on point too. Prices were good only spent 25. I must add the customer service was great, there was a customer giving the guy behind the counter a hard time about the price of the oxtails, he was firm with the customer but not rude at all. Then he said to me “sorry for the wait”, I’m from The Bronx where there is a Jamaican spot on almost every corner and most have the worst customer service you will ever see. I’m so used to the ppl in Caribbean restaurants being rude and cold but when he said sorry for the wait I was honestly taken back by it, it’s the reason I wrote this review.
