Wonderful friendly service. I called to see if they had oxtail and they said yes! I arrived around 1:30pm and many of the other menu items were not ready yet buy you can also pre-order to ensure they will be ready for your arrival. The food is super good so if you want Jamaican food you must try this location. We are picky about Jamaican food but this chef served some amazing food. There’s also desserts and drinks to match.

I had gotten two platters, one large oxtail, and one medium goat curry. The oxtail was good, however the issue came with the goat curry. When my brother was practically finished with his food & scooped up what was left of the curry, he found himself chewing on a piece of plastic. We had called in our food Saturday evening & found the plastic around 9pm the same day, so when I called them around 9:15 before they closed at 10pm no one answered. That’s fine, so I called on after 4 on Sunday. The man that picked up told us to bring in the platter despite me reminding him it was almost finished, but he still told us to bring it in. So my brother & I drove 20 minutes to the restaurant & showed them the platter, & the guy acted surprised at the request for a refund like I didn’t just tell him an hour prior about it & he still told us to come in. We didn’t even get a full refund……The food was good, the real problem was just the customer service. My brother & I would not have minded getting a replacement plate, for we were also planning on buying & trying their red snapper as well, but the attitude & way the man regarded us turned us away from ordering again entirely. We have just moved down here too from north Jersey, & was excited to find a great tasty Caribbean spot, & this place was going to be our go to until we were regarded poorly. We’re never coming back, and I hope this review avoids others from the disappointment as well.

Omg before I went in I called because it’s was 7:30 something and I wanted to make sure they still had enough food and omg it’s all plus what I’ve been craving since yesterday literally had a dream about some Oxtail’s, Cabbage and Mac and this is perfection!!!! Thank y’all so much for still serving close to closing time. I will be back tomorrow

Very well made rice,Yams pretty good, and the final piece the fried chicken. I was looking for somewhere natural. Where the chicken isn’t Slimy and Steriod Huge with a good taste. And I found it, I’m glad the chicken was tasteful and non GMO. The skin isn’t super crunchy but not super soft. Overall I’ll be back for more. Nobody likes when their chicken works out harder than them. A must try spot and nice people

I ordered a curry chicken platter with Mac and cheese and white rice! Horrible! Idk if it was because it was late in the day but the food had no real taste! It actually smelled great but the taste was not there at all! And they use white rice that that Indian restaurants use which I do not like with my Jamaican food! I’ll try one more time early in the day when they first open

I haaaaate inconsistency!! I’m sorry but this was the worst Jamaican food I ever had today. I’m so disappointed because my first experience was delicious with the snapper. Got oxtails, rice and peas and cabbage today. The rice and beans was mushy and clumped together and crunchy because it was cooked too fast. Not edible at all. The guy gave me a platter of bones…I ordered a large. Probably three small oxtails that had meat on them. They were super salty and the flavor was not there . The cabbage was the best thing and it was OK. I will NOT be returning… wasted $18 and my time.

Jameridad is a wonderful place to go sit and eat some delicious food I took a trip home for a week and I heard about this new Caribbean restaurant and just had to try it out and I had an amazing experience there, they’re customer service was awesome I can’t wait to go home to visit them again.
