Came for a conference at Rosalind Franklin. Choose this place for dinner. Our server, Georgia was warm and kept a smile. Our soup orders were French onion and Cream of Broccoli. The French Onion was good but the Cream of Broccoli had great taste but only the stalks of the broccoli were used which made it hard and some inedible pieces of the plant. Disappointing. The wedge salad was similar to a toddler putting it together. It wasn’t very good. We ordered at 830 and our food finally came about 915pm. That completely was unacceptable. The filet was good and cooked as requested. This was also the reason for the extremely long wait for the food. The Philly cheesesteak was a lot less desired because it was a slab of meet on a piece of bread with some cheese. Another NO NO! The food was very disappointing. We won’t return to this restaurant or any affiliates.

Best steak I have had in a long time. Cooked perfectly. This was our son’s Navy Boot Camp Graduation dinner. Staff was great and friendly and the food outstanding. It had a great atmosphere! The waitress even brought a complimentary cake for our new Sailor! Outstanding and I would recommend Jameson’s to anyone that didn’t want to head into Chicago!!! Great job guys and thank you for making this old Navy Veteran remember some great memories of my time in Great Lakes 30 years ago!

Arrived at a bad time. We were told credit card payments couldn’t be processed, but food orders could. That wasn’t true, we think. Other tables got their food, but 60 minutes later, we were still waiting.

Made a reservation on Open Table, and was able to be seated early. Our waitress was experienced and gave us the time we needed to order drinks, dinner, and look at dessert menu. A Cosmo and The Relaxer were just what the doctor ordered after a long week. Food pace was perfect ~ you get soup AND a small salad with most entrées. Steak seasoned & cooked PERFECTLY. Chicken Marsala delicious. Was our first time at this restaurant, and we will definitely be back.

Had an amazing experience dining here with my best friend. Everything was perfect, from the ambiance, drink, food and service. We had mixed cocktails, which was very refreshing and strong. The ribeye and fillet mignon were cooked to perfection, so tender and juicy. We ended it with a chocolate martini and tiramisu, just the right amount of sweetness that greatly satisfied our taste buds. The service is excellent—the servers were professional, very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Thanks for making our dining experience a memorable one!

My husband and I chose this place to celebrate our anniversary. The steak was the best we ever had and the ribs were falling off the bone. The complaints I have is one, the mashed potatoes were a little runny. Also we made reservations for 6:15. When we got there the host says we had to wait 15 more minutes for a booth which we requested in advance because they had a lot of walk-ins. What’s the point of a reservation. The other thing is this restaurant does not take visa gift cards so we couldn’t take advantage of the gifts our friends gave us. We would come again but they seriously need to fix this.

Not too bad, could have been better! The host was a fantastic gentleman around 55 years of age. Of course they were short-handed, but that wasn’t the issue. The bathrooms were spotless which which means, that the kitchen is also squeaky clean! Anyway, I digress, it’s just that my patty melt was really dry and not cooked to medium as I requested. I will say the waitress kept our glasses full, and that was very professional.

Sometimes I want a chop steak dinner. I went here to satisfy my craving. It was okay but it was missing the char flavor one associated with a char house. It was more like a meatloaf. I don’t think I would order that again. Their steaks are, on the other hand are perfectly cooked to order and I like that meals come with both soup and salad. If you order a steak you will not be disappointed.
