This restaurant had great reviews but my experience was basic. Nothing to do cartwheels over. I was looking forward to fresh Jamaican food but it tasted like it was sitting in the hot plate all day. Maybe I went on a bad day.

I ordered on DoorDash! This spot is pretty good for a Jamaican Restaurant. I think they deserve higher than a 4 star review, but I ordered for delivery, so I am not sure what it is like dining inside their location. I had the Brown Stew Chicken which was pretty good. Okay portions for the price and the chicken was not dry. They also gave a lot of sauce. The Mac and Cheese side was a good flavor, but I prefer the southern creamy mac versus the Block style mac that Jamaican restaurants typically serve. Still, it had a good flavor. The other part of the dish I enjoyed were my plantains. They make me feel so good on the inside when I eat them, so I am glad that theirs were tasty.

Jerk Chicken is really good. great BBQ flavor and not spicy The little sauce is good too, has a lil spice to it. Coco bread tastes like a big regular roll. A lot of rice. Beef patty hard and flat. I strongly dislike that beef mush inside the Pattie’s. Rice was not as good as I expected for it to be a main dish served with most item. Didn’t want rice once meat was gone. Plantains inedible (burnt to pitch black color). Why would you put that on someone plate. Like you didn’t know you put an inedible burnt plantain on the plate. Cabbage was perfect

Second time trying this place. Plaintain was good but not the jerk chicken. If you have been to Jamaica or tried Jamaican food then you know m, this is not it. Give it a second shot with the curry chicken, it’s was blend. Customer service and the attitude that comes with it was not good either.

Delicious, curry goat and jerk chicken $12 – $17 for a lot of food , never had a bad experience. Authentic Jamaican food – I’ve been about 6 times to the one on 85 …. Super good & they always welcome me 🙂

Apparently they don’t do take out even though it states that they do online. So if you can’t even order a simple meal over the phone I can’t imagine what it looks like inside and/or how the service is in person. Once again another family owned business that wants the money but don’t like to put in the work to get it…

Very disappointed. You would expect better food at $20.00 per SMALL plate. The oxtale was mostly bones, and the rice had about 1/2 an inch of oil!

Absolute best Jamaican food in Atlanta area… everything is always perfectly seasoned. I can eat this food everyday and never get tired of it.

I like their food but it really can be a hot and miss. I guess it’s always different cooks. I don’t care for the customer service at all. You will be standing there to order and they will walk back and forth not speak or say give me a min or anything. The lady I guess she is the owner. She definitely needs to work on her professionalism

I’ll give them a 3 1/2 not bad. I had the oxtails and my husband had curry chicken. The brown sauce was a little watery and the rice and peas were a little bland. The chicken the good and tender so was the oxtails. The meat was cooked great and fell off the bone good. So TENDER…The cabbage is EVERYTHANNNNGGGG!!!!
