At Jane Bistro & Bar we’ve got a relaxed yet modern coastal design. We want to make everyone entering feel at home. After all, we are on Hilton Head Island! Our menu has many recipes that have been handed down from family and friends of Chef & Owner, Anne Sargent. The menu features Anne’s signature toasted pecan cranberry chicken salad and coconut cake, but also many other classics with a twist. We serve lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday. This was my favorite meal during our visit to HHI. I could eat the garlic shrimp appetizer every day of my life! It is so delicious, hearty, and cheesy. The perfect beach comfort food! The presentation was gorgeous with the floral garnishes. Also had the mahi and it was delicious. The ambiance is very classy and relaxed. Loved the modern coastal vibe. Highly recommend.

Found this place in a short-handed hunt for lunch and absolutely loved it! We were able to be seated outside on a beautiful sunny day and enjoyed every minute of our time here. You could tell the sandwiches we had were made with fresh ingredients and careful attention. The sweet tea was as beautiful as it was refreshing. Our server, Kelsey, had a positive attitude and heightened our experience.

My family and I came here for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service and food. I had the Salmon BLAT and coconut cake as my dessert. Both were absolutely delicious! Our waiter Evgenii was excellent and very helpful. I 100% recommend you dining here!

The Fish and Chips were really tasty. Shoestring fries were warm and crispy, and the fish had a thicker batter than expected for beer batter…but I really enjoyed it! Unfortunately it’s only available during their lunch menu.

I just wanna lead off with I’ve never thought I’d like a white woman’s cooking so much. Jokes aside, everything was good with the meal, from the cocktails to appetizers to main dishes. We got the flatbread and thai chicken wings which were so freaking good for no reason. We even got another order of the wings to go because we knew we would crave it later! The meatloaf was super impressive, coming from a guy who doesn’t ever eat meatloaf. I saw the table next to me receive one and it was so good lookin that I had to get it too. The tuscan chicken pasta and southern salad were also enjoyed at our table very very much. Cannot go wrong. What was really notable was the medium-medium well cook on the meatloaf and the fact that it wasn’t too greasy so it was actually managable to finish.

Family dinner . ..visiting relatives here…from New York for Easter…nice place..good staff …I enjoyed my Tuscan Chicken dinner…appetizers flatbread ..veggie platter..hummus…chicken w drinks too…tried Strawberry Basil…I liked it…Mac n cheese platters for kids…fruit cup n Shirley Temples..a very big portion for kids…they liked it too…

Cute place, great cocktails and food. We had the chicken and biscuits and the flautas that were more the size of chimichangas! Portions were huge. Cocktails were good, the Pink lemonade was refreshing and husband enjoyed the Salinger Sling. Service a little slow, but they’re training new people, so to be expected. Recommend a reservation for Sunday brunch as it was really busy.

Had lunch here today with a friend I hadn’t seen for a very long time. We sat down and spent a good half hour catching up. The waitress was so patient with us and her service was excellent. Our salads came and they were wonderful! (Cobb salad) Our hummus plate was also delicious. We sat at a table in the bar area, but the whole restaurant was nicely arranged and they have outdoor seating too. Great portions…..I couldn’t finish! Really enjoyed our whole experience at Jane Bistro and Bar!

Went for Mama’s Freakin Meatloaf. They had removed it from menus for summer. We spoke with the owner, told her we came all the way from Annapolis. She was stunned and she told us to come back Monday, “we’ll have it for you.” I tried the double Smash Burger w Shoestring Fries, very good. My wife had the Toasted Pecan Cranberry Chicken Salad which she enjoyed. We ordered the Coconut Cake for take home. Fantastic! This restaurant has a simple menu. Well worth the visit.
