Order a “CHOMP.” It’s an unadvertised house specialty that only the most discerning patrons know to ask for: a 3-egg omelet whose ingredients (cheese, ham, onions, mushrooms, and peppers) form the acronym that inspired its name. Just say, “Jane, gimme a CHOMP!” She’ll know.
