Excellent mom and pop shop. A good selection of go-to Korean dishes. The side dishes plus rice in a stone pot is such a great addition! Be patient with the service, they’re a small staff and work nonstop. Highly recommend! The prices were good for the portion you get.

Jang Soo Tofu is somewhere I go frequently. The tofu soup is delicious and the staff is friendly. They are generous with the side dishes, and will come around to ask if you want more. It’s also convenient that the restaurant is located in a 99 Ranch shopping area and easily accessible from SR 167.

This is my first dine-in visit, after two and half years of store closing since COVID-19 pandemic. The food and services are both great, the side-dishes are generous in quantity, although with limited variety. Their price has increased since, but still reasonable when putting inflation into consideration.

It’s been about four years since last I was here. Fantastic tasting banchan. Got the Kimchi tofu soup with beef. Very delish! They also came by a few times to see if I wanted more sides, which was really nice. Very good customer service. Now that I live in the area again, I will definitely be coming back.

Good food. Food portion is fair for some dishes and the side dishes – for example bibimbap is probably the smallest we’ve had in Korean restaurant. Side dish portion is tiny too, but they include a side fried fish which surprised me because I haven’t seen that included in free side dishes. Tofu soup is tasty and good size.

This is not an upscale place, looking at some other reviews. But it doesn’t need to be one. The food is tasty, the portions generous, prices affordable and you get constant refill of tea. Brilliant for lunch! The service is nonchalant and quick, I liked the soup, and loved the glass noodles. Come here for a tasty lunch bite, not for a fancy dinner, and you’ll be happy!

The food is good, and we’ve been coming back there many times. The first time service was good, there is “all you can eat side dishes” ( all pickle: cucumber, bean sprout, kimchi, fried fish….) mean free refill. Months later after our 2nd visit, there is no more that favor, you have to pay a dollar each side dish. The place is tight and always packed. The wait get longer. It’s been awhile since the last visit and today when we decide to come back , it was a total deception. Only 2 servers in the front with a long wait list, we wait and wait, 20 minutes to be seated. They should have more waiters waitresses to clear all dirty tables asap and seat customers instead of that ridiculous waste of time. From the time we got to place the order until the food were brought up it was exactly one hour. We would never come back again, sorry!

I’d give a 4.5 stars if I could. I got this delivered not expecting much, just craving bibimbap. The amount of food I got was incredible for how much I spent!! The bibimbap was delicious, the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the meat and tofu were a little bland. But everything else was amazing. Definitely ordering again. ((I spent $22 and got everything pictured below))
