They never brought my food. I sat there for one hr. They brought my bfs food. Never came to ask us how was the food or if we needed anything. I wanted to try this place so I asked my bf to take me and I left without eating. When they brought the bill they had both dishes on the bill and acted surprised when we said we only received one. They didn’t even offer a discount or free service for what we experienced. Horrible.

Food is great and rolls are excellent. The problem comes from their soda distributor that sells them expired product that is over 1 year old. The owner comped the 2 liter soda but when I received delivery today, the delivery man went all cujo on me saying go to supermarket if you no like soda. I can tell you this much, when I order from your establishment I expect my drink not to expired for one year!! Picture will follow. This is the second time that I have asked for you to speak to your delivery person. If you keep sending him, I will stop ordering from you all together. I am sure that there are better Japanese/Chinese food eateries in Plainview/Hicksville area. Notice the date on the bottle 4/18/22. No thank you!!

This is the worst food we have ever encountered. We eat out a lot. Don’t go here. Ignore the other reviews. The Salmon terriyaki ramen soup tasted like prison food. No flavor whatsoever, overcooked Salmon in a broth less seasoned than dishwater. The sushi was somewhat acceptable but the crunchy part of my crunchy salmon roll was stale. No crunch. Even the soy sauce was watered down. Skip this place.

Stopped on whim, no regrets! I am so glad I did. I had the shrimp shumi, shredded beef in garlic sauce & vegetable hofun. Everything was delicious. The food wasn’t salty and the flavor was apparent. If you don’t like sesame oil, it was very strong in Veg hofun (heads up). Yummy enough that I added takeout and doggy bagged my left overs. I will definitely return.

Customer service is everything to me so I knew I’d be giving this place at least four stars the second my boyfriend and I walked into the restaurant. We were greeted at the door, led to what I think was the best seat in the entire restaurant, and were kindly served tea and water. Our waiter checked on us multiple times, the ambiance was lovely, and our food was delicious. I got the mango avocado roll and my boyfriend got the star roll. Overall, the service was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I definitely plan on returning when I’m in the area and recommending this place to my friends.
