Place needs to be remodeled. Lady was cooking in hardly any light. Ordered chicken teriyaki and the meat was either overcooked and cooked again or VERY old. Don’t get me started on the white sauce. Looked like mayo! Was scared to even try it. Please don’t waste your time.

This is Chinese food .. it was horrible . Can’t tell steak from the chicken . It was so bad I called and ask for a refund, she said if you ate a some I can’t refund And hung up on me. So I had to drive back and she tried to ignore me as I walked in .. but I was patient and waited . And finally she asked what’s wrong with the food . I told her it’s gross . And I showed her the containers full of food . She gave money back after with a attitude. I can only go by what I ordered and that was chicken steak and shrimp hibachi and lo mein . If you eat here good luck .

We ordered from Japan Express on 07Feb2015. The order was to be delivery for 4 people. The business refused to ring the orders separately and insisted they all be paid for in a single transaction. We waited over an hour for the food. They could not/would not provide an itemized receipt and when we itemized from the menu, there was a $ 7.00 dollar discrepancy. All the egg rolls and crab rangoons were overcooked and tough. The fried rice was hard and barely warm. When someone called to complain on the phone to the business, the staff was rude and denied that the food had been reheated. We most certainly will not be purchasing from this location again.

So terrible!!! I told the lady so many times I wanted white rice with my chicken shrimp and beef teriyaki. The meat did not taste good .. Tasted like they died of old age. So terrible . My friend ordered almond chicken and it was so salty!! Never coming here again.

this was my first time eating here. I called in a order chicken and shrimp teriyaki. IT WAS DISGUSTING! I’ve never been picky when it comes to food but this was just nasty. I had to wait about 5 mins because the chicken and shrimp wasn’t groped until after I paid, which isn’t a bad thing because i figured it would be got hot and fresh. while waiting for my food to be cooked, it was a small bug crawling on the counter, i addressed the man and he told me it was a “lady bug”. It was definitely either a baby roach or a bettle of some sort. the chicken tasted sour and the shrimp were those small pink salad shrimp. it was awful. don’t get me started on the white sauce… not authentic japanese food at all, not even sure if it was Chinese. please don’t waste your money here, I will be calling at 11 to see if i can get a refund.

Never again… food is really over cooked and extremely greasy. The meat, vegetables, and rice taste the same. Definitely not eating here again tried to support near neighborhood… however will select the Korean, Jamaican, and Chinese restaurants nearby. We should have eaten McDonald’s and dealt with their bad service

Terrible food!! we got chicken teriyaki and it didn’t taste like chicken, we are thinking it was rat. the white sauce tasted like sweet mayo. the place is just disgusting on the inside, not clean looking and there is stuff everywhere. definitely do not suggest going here. and good luck to anyone who does!!

Terrible is an understatement. Ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was burnt and had a bad taste. rice had a white sauce that tasted old. i even saw beetles crawling on the floor.

Thought to give this place a chance, so I called them today asking if they had a menu online i could look at and they said no, which was fine. I told them i would be there later on to possibly place an order. When i arrived the menu was taped onto the window and it was a normal Chinese food menu. Nothing Japanese. Well i thought, might as well give it a try anyways maybe they have changed. Door was locked. They were inside, I knocked and they just turned around. And acted like they didnt hear or see me. The opening time was 11 a.m. which is posted on the menu they have taped. It was almost 12 p.m. . I think that speaks for itself.

I recently ordered a mongolian beef platter with wings and chicken teriyaki, the chicken teriyaki wasnt terrible but they forgot the wings and white sauce along with the beef on my mongolian beef platter. Never eating at this place again and the rating for this place is well deserved.
