Food was wonderful! Service was not. So much on the menu to decide what to get for our first time. No one in the entire place but she was very patient at first then just flipped when asked questions. Rude when brought food out. When I asked for containers,no bag was offered. Food was great but I decided a long time ago I will not pay you to treat me badly. Remember your salary comes from what I buy from you in any service industry.

We usually are very pleased with the food here on take out. However, we were very disappointed to hear on news that managers/owners had kept over $80,000 in tips from their cashiers and servers between all their restaurants. Treat your employees with the respect they deserve. What you did is criminal.

The hibachi chicken is always great. The customer service is great also. I came in today during a little bit of a rush and there was a very rude customer yelling at the girls who work the front. They handled it very professionally, kept their cool, and were polite. I have always experienced great service here. 5 stars from me 🙂

Cashiers messed up my order. Gave me something I didn’t ask for. Didn’t get what I paid for or asked for. Never not once said she was sorry. You have 2 cashier, teach them to apologize when they mess up.

The food is great as always and I get food here pretty often, but I dined in for the first time and the girl, not the lady, the girl who served my table was very rude in her actions and tone. Never eating inside again at this location. Very rude service from her.

This is one of our go-to quick takeout places! The food is delicious and fresh everytime we grab it from the drive through. Really appreciate the drive-thru pickup option- even before COVID. It’s always a quick turn around from order placed and pickup. I sit in fast food lines longer than I wait for them to cook my food start to finish!
