Great restaurant. For weebs out there, they have some food items named after anime characters or food. Hibachi was great. I usually leave some food to take him but the food was so good I ate it all. Server and chef were awesome. Wine was not so good but cocktails were delicious. Dimmed lights and beautiful decor definitely would make this a nice dating location btw. There were a few birthday parties at other grills so there’s also that.

Sat at a hibachi table. Some in our group ordered from the hibachi and I ordered sushi. Both were delicious. My sushi was really spectacular. I’m not usually one to get raw sushi, but this time it was the perfect choice. The drinks were a little on the strong side, but they were still highly enjoyable. I imagine this isn’t a problem for most anyway.

Fantastic food and service. Great chefs that provide a fun atmosphere while making delicious food. It tends to be semi-empty during lunch most times; I can’t really say for dinner. Music can be a bit loud sometimes, and the AC is definitely blasting to combat the heat of the hibachi tables, but the food is stellar. Each chef cooks a bit different from each other, but it’s always been delicious. Highly recommended.

We have eaten here every time we come to Miami and without fail the food is always excellent. The service is always friendly and courteous. The facilities are always immaculate. The decor is pleasant. The overall experience is always a great time. Management is constantly on the floor speaking with guests. The fried rice is amazing so you will want to have some. Highly recommend.

Food was delicious! We ordered the salmon bites and gyozas and a couple of sushi rolls from the chef specials. Fish felt fresh. It’s not a place to go for a quite dinner. Be prepared for a lot of noise! There’re celebrating birthdays and the staff sang, lots of fun for those celebrating a bit too much for those just trying to have dinner (me). But, it’s okay. Service was on point. They charge a 18% service fee be advised. There’s only two of us so I guess the fee is applied regardless of the size of the group.

Japan inn was a great experience for my child, and I. The food was great. The drinks were amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very clean. What I did not like about this restaurant is the $7 up charge for sharing my meal with my five-year-old. I’m not sure who decided on this but it’s BS. My child is five years old. He would never eat a full meal. But overall the experience was good.

Me and my family are clients of this restaurant since they open, last time 3 month ago was a bit different. But today we had the worst experience, the host was not nice at any point, want to seat us down in a table full of people. We request another table and she took us with a bad attitude .We said her thanks for giving this table and she didn’t even answer, she instead was criticizing us with other waiter and then she said she wasn’t. She totally treat us very bad and didn’t even bother to apologize.
