I went when it first opened. Most of the reviews here are fairly accurate. They do have stacks of supplies next to the Pepsi machine where you order. The fact that they have Pepsi instead of Coke informs me that they don’t know their audience. At the time, for some reason they had a phone number for their credit card machine, but did not have a phone number that you could call in an order with. I thought that was strange. It looks like that has been addressed. I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi combo. The rice I had was normal enough. The veg I didn’t eat. It just didn’t say eat me. The chicken was not overcooked like it usually is at other hibachi’s, but the steak.. the steak was not what I expected. I figured on getting a diced up sirloin but instead I got Pepper flank steak straight off the buffet line from the now defunct Sea Palace Chinese restaurant. The steak itself wasn’t that bad, but I ordered hibachi, not Pepper steak in hoisin sauce. Overall a bizarre place.

(Edit- update added…) Tried them tonight! We thought it was very good. Staff is super friendly. Food is tasty, well seasoned no frills stuff. Fed a family of 3 for $20 with enough left over for another meal- very large portions. I expect we’ll make them a regular place to visit. Recommended! Edit- never actually went back and probably for the best. I guess we got really lucky eating in the first days they were open because based on the shut down for failing the health inspection I imagine the subsequent 1 star reviews reflected the reality that it the place went down FAST. Oh well.

Charger Pay
Not sure where they get their food, or how it’s prepared, but it wasn’t edible. The fried rice tasted as if stagnant pond water was used to prepare it. The “steak” wasn’t any kind of steak I’ve ever seen, or tasted. The gyoza may have been fried at one point in time, but what was prepared for me had a warm filling, but the casing was crunchy like uncooked pasta. Much like the dumplings has been frozen and then baked instead of fried.

Food was bland and not good. We were hoping for greatness for Ringgold. The chicken was pale white and not flavorful. Swimming in some kind of sauce like Chinese food. The vegetables were no good either. We hoped for the best for this and hope the owners go get takeout at SOHO in Ft Oglethorpe to see the difference and adjust their cooking. We really hope it improves for convenience sake. Please owners, improve your food and our business will be back.

Oh my. It was horrible. Not even one edible bite. I should have ate my food there instead of to-go so I could have gotten my money back. I got the bag of food home, and the entire bottom of the bag was full of opened sauces. I had to set the bag in the kitchen sink. The overwhelming bad smell coming off the food was enough to knock me back. I tried to eat the rice. Nope. Horrible. I spit it back out. I then tried the teriyaki chicken and it was even worse. Spit it back out before I started vomiting from the smell.

Food was not at all good for first (and only) visit! The egg rolls were nasty! I’m not kidding, In fact you could tell the rice was not fresh, possibly cooked for several days. Floors were so sticky and dirty. This is a new building, windows were very very dirty! Some gal sitting behind the counter to be honest not sure what her role was but she was dressed trashy and stayed on her phone the entire time, never looked at anyone and sure as heck didn’t smile or talk to ya. We WILL NOT RETURN. It looks like a third world country joint!!!! Some of these posts that are nice have to be fake! Or wait, that’s just people trying to be polite instead of flat out honest! Ughhhh

I decided to go try this new restaurant and eat here a couple of weeks ago and it was probably some of the nastiest Japanese food I’ve ever had and I couldn’t even eat but about 5 bites of my food. When I ordered, I thought it was weird that they had stacks of dollar store styrofoam cups piled up by the coke machine where you had to open a sleeve and get you a cup out. The rice has a funny taste, chicken was fatty, and the sauce was very chunky like it was old. The tea also tasted like it was made with hose water. Also, be sure to wear sunglasses inside if you don’t want to be blinded by the sun since the whole building is glass and there is no tint or blinds. Beautiful stock Walmart pictures on the walls too!

60 on health inspection ??? By today 31 Jan, 2020 and they are closed by order of Health Department. Only received 71 on reinspection.
