The service was nice. Didn’t know the restaurant existed until I saw 2 people sitting at the table.. my fault for not doing proper research. Both bartenders were great each night. I went to the bar. I enjoyed the double shots of greygoose and cranberry alongside the yummy lambchops(cooked medium) pureed sweet potatoes and vegetables everything cooked to absolute perfection. For breakfast, I had the crab egg Benedict. The manager Carlos was an awesome down to earth host going to each customer, making sure everyone was fine . He was pleasant to talk to. I have been to several restaurants in D.C., probably the first time I was personally greeted by the manager . Thanks for the pleasant memories..

This review is for Jardenea Lounge. There is no Happy Hour. We didn’t actually eat here, but came in for the Happy Hour that was advertised on the webpage. They have a new chef and new staff and the prices are pretty high for standard drinks and bites. The chef did mention they are working on putting something together, but there is no Happy Hour as indicated on several online sources. The lounge area is pretty small and again, this review does not reflect the food or the restaurant.

Went for happy hour that was advertised on there website. We got there and was told they stopped happy hour 2 years ago. We’ll update the website then . Didn’t have time to find another place and they have outrageous prices even for dc. 9 dollar bud light. And 11 dollar “craft beer” which was Sam adams.

Great dinner with killer roasted brussel sprouts! Among the group we had the fillet, the salmon, and the sea bass. Everything was wonderful. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was cozy. A great place for exceptional food and service where you can have a great dinner conversation and hear across the table.

This place has a great happy hour special from 5-7, $7 drinks and snacks, and a very reasonably priced full plates menu. The crab cake they have right now is on point. The menu is local and seasonal, so check back often to see what tasty offerings are on the menu.

We had dinner at Jardenea for Christmas Eve this year and it was a fantastic experience. Even if the food had been substandard (it wasn’t) the experience would have rated 5 stars anyway because the service was way above par. I think for our group of 7, we nearly had a server for each of us! The food was excellent and the wine that was suggested to pair with my meal was spot on. We had a great time and if we come back to DC again, we will be sure to visit again. Highly recommended!
