We are usually in the parking lot right across from Panda Express. If you do not see us on a Friday or a Saturday we are usually at another event.

Homemade Jamaican food in bowie!!! It was a cold night and we needed something with some HEAT! The jerk chicken with rice and beans was super flavorful and full of spices. We also ordered the curry chicken and it was cooked just right. We tried the pumpkin rice to see what it was like and it was very good. As a chef myself I had to thank them in person. Great food and we will be back.

YUM YUM YUM! The Curried Goat w/ rice is LIFE! And the Chef & Family is super duper sweet and helpful! They came to the African American Cultural Festival in PA and we were SO thankful for the smiles, service and especially the flavor! We ate it before we could even take pics, haha. Also try the juice…they’re FULL of yummy flavor you don’t usually find at the grocery store.

The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and efficient. Our staff did a pre-order and it was sent to the team several days before they came. Unfortunately they did not have pumpkin rice and they ran out of plantains. Other than this, our staff was overall happy and will be ordering from Jas and Fam food truck again!

I can’t review the service or atmosphere because my daughter picked it up for me, but the oxtail platter was delicious, the portions were generous and the price was more than fair. This was the first food truck event in the Fairwood community center on Friday, Jun 2nd, and I can’t wait until this Friday. Hopefully they will return.

I’ve been coming to this food truck since they opened at the beginning of the pandemic! This is some of the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had and the owners are so nice. There’s really no way to go wrong when ordering. My favorites are the curry chicken, jerk chicken, and any type of patty (beef, vegetable, or chicken) I hope that this food truck continues to flourish!!

First of all, when I walked in, there was a child at the cashier. Secondly, they took forever to get the food ready. When it was pre-ordered before I came to the store Thirdly, the food was just a handful for the price. It was too expensive and too little of a plate of food .people in prison get more food than what they serve
