Jason’s Deli is probably most known for their salad bar, which has a lot of selections, but they also have great sandwiches as well. I visited last week with a friend and we both did the Manager’s special where we got half a sandwich with a side, and one trip to the salad bar. You’re only limited in the salad bar trip by what fits in/on your bowl, so you can try a little bit of everything. All the salad went nice with my club sandwich and fruit. Just a lot of great variety and tasty food. It did seem like they were running short staffed, but that didn’t impact our visit. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Jackson

I haven’t been to Jason’s in a while and was very disappointed. The salad bar is lacking. The service was poor. The workers were more interested in talking with each other. The tables needed cleaning and there was a spill on the floor that was going unattended.

We come here a lot. It’s a little pricey, but they have the best salad bar. There’s a lot of options on it and you get free ice cream. They have good sandwiches too and my husband says they have the best gumbo around.

First time at this location. Had the Italian Cruz. It was terrible. I ate it because I was hungry. Being honest. I have always loved Jason’sDeli coming from Chicago! First time with this type of experience. I won’t be ordering here again.

Really yummy food, we had the avacado toast, grilled cheese, potato soup, tomato soup and broccoli cheese soup. All delicious. The bread slices could be a bit more substantial; they were a little thin. Nice big open and airy eating space.

We typically enjoy Jason’s Deli. This visit wasn’t quite up to par, though. For whatever reason, the salad bar had not been monitored closely. There was practically no spinach left, and one of the two other salad mix options was very low. At my request, someone did come out and refill those, and shortly thereafter the person responsible for the salad bar came out and took care of other items. There was also dressing spilled behind the salad bar that was left where people would step in it. Lastly, my panini tasted little like the same one I had eaten a week earlier. The earlier one was tasty with a bit of spice throughout. This one was bland until the last two bites. All the chipotle had apparently ended up in one place.
