Was really excited about this placed based off the reel I watch on instagram. I traveled 2.5 hours to be utterly disappointed in the presentation of the food and also the taste of the food . I was excited to taste the meat balls and ravioli especially because it was said on the reel that everything was made fresh . It was giving more premade .I then order the meat balls they came out in 5 mins still a little cold in the inside . The ravioli was hard when you bite down and had way to much sauce and just looked slapped on the plate although we didn’t want the shrimp and stuff on top Also had no salt or flavor . I order a celery salad as well which was ehhh better than the actually food I ordered .the last thing I ordered was a side of mash and honestly they had to be the worse mash I’ve eaten . No salt garlic no flavor either . I felt like I was eating in a nursing home the chef here needs to GO lol or add salt to the menu . The fresh food advertising is not fresh it’s pre made . The ambience is definitely on point and super nice inside . The waiter was super knowledgeable of the menu and nice . SAD you can’t get your ribs steak or anything made well done . The women who put our food down on the table was super nice and sweet but didn’t know who’s order went to who . For being an Italian spot the flavor was off and portion size were not shareable. So sad !

First of all the service was okay, ordered food and never received the food, the waitress said she never heard me say my order even though I was the first to order. Food overall was flavor less and pricey. The pasta I had ordered was the vodka one, that came with 1 piece of tiny chicken, that I don’t know should have been in there. Lastly we had leftover food that the waitress never put in the bag(meatballs). Seen this place on tik tok, was not what I expected on my birthday…would not recommend

Outstanding in every way possible! Food was delightful melt in your mouth steaks, down to their flavorful pastas that they make in house. Prices definitely match the quality. Our waitress Joey was extremely pleasant and gave us a great experience! Will return !

First time. I always judge a restaurant by their baked clams….nicely breaded and moist with plenty of juice to soap up w bread. All main dishes were excellent! Tiramisu was beyond delicious. Great atmosphere and excellent service. Owner came by 3 times and asked if we were satisfied with all the courses….and we absolutely were! New go to for an outstanding experience.

My dining experience at Jasper’s was absolutely phenomenal. I have never enjoyed each and every bite of food as much as I did that evening. From the salad to the dessert, everything was beyond amazing. The service was perfect. The owner came over to talk to us and see how everything was. We met the chef. They are a great team there and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. I cannot wait to go back. They are a higher price range for a reason. Everything is fresh, made on-site, and the best ingredients (you can tell).

When I found out the talented Chef Joseph Voller was working here I made a reservation. He was the original chef at IL Nido. I knew everything was going to be excellent because I had so many amazing dinners by Chef Voller. We were a group of 4, and we all loved our dinners. The best dishes were the cacio e Pepe, crispy skin branzino, and the filet mignon. I highly recommend trying them. The owner was warm and welcoming, and restaurant was absolutely beautiful inside. I’m already looking to my next meal here! I highly recommend Jasper Stone Italian Steakhouse in Monroe Township!

Jasper Stone is like walking into a high end restaurant in Manhattan. The decor was amazing, I have never seen a local restaurant that has the aesthetic and vibe this place is able to convey. It is a cross between trendy and homey. Myself and my guest were treated like family from the second we walked in. I love nice restaurants but hate a stuck up atmosphere and that was non existent here. From the amazing servers and staff to the owner who came by repeatedly to make sure we were all happy. That really means a lot when you are just treated as another number and the owner will take time to see if you’re happy. And last but certainly not least, the food! Omg I couldn’t believe how good the food was here. This is probably some of the best food I have had in a long time. To find a restaurant that is committed to the quality ingredients and all in house fresh made items is a rare gem! This will be one of my go to spots from now on.
