Came here for lunch after a movie and really enjoyed the service and the food. First time coming to Jax, so we had some questions about the menu, and the staff was very helpful and happy to answer questions. I really enjoyed their hot dog and the brown mustard that came on it. My husband got the classic with fries and really enjoyed the patties and freshness of the veggies. Their fries were also pretty good. They seem freshly cut, and with the jalapeño ketchup they have, it was a great combo.

The server was friendly and the little place has an updated burger place atmosphere. We had the Classic Jax lunch combo. Our food came out relatively fast. We opted for the cajun fries which were good. The burger looked yummy and was definitely juicy. My only complaint is I wish the actual burger patty had a little more spice/ flavor to it. Having said that, there are several options to add a kick like the Baja and Texas burger.

JAX was okay. I was surprised how $$ this was. We ordered a burger and a melt. Both were over $10 each and some change. We also got the basket of fries and was told it fed two people… definitely too much. More like 4 people so that went to waste as we couldn’t finish it. Our friends also joined and got the garlic Parmesan fries and they were not that great either. Barely had flavor and the cheese was shredded cheese that wasn’t even melted. The burger and melt we all got were good though!

The Jax classic cheese burger was okay. I was expecting a juicy burger but it was quite dry. The bun was not soft, it was a bit stale. The Flavor profile is there but overall can be improved. Onion rings were very bland. No seasoning was used for the batter. I did like that they were crispy and not as greasy as typical onion rings. My rating was low because the food did not meet my expectations. Service was great.

We ordered cheese burger and grilled chicken sandwich, both were juicy and amazingly portioned. The fried pickles crunchy and super delicious. The shakes are simply wonderful. Maddy, the manager was super helpful.

The guy at the register gave me the wrong change. The burger itself was pretty good, despite that I asked for no tomatoes and still got tomatoes . The garlic Parmesan fries were not good. They were greasy and tough, not crispy and well seasoned as I remember my first time having them here.
