I had there Patty Melt with Garlic Parmesan Fries. Best burger I have had in years. Perfect flavor not overwhelming or bland. Place wave very clean. The service was hands up great. If you’re thinking of trying this place or looking for a tasty yummy burger & fries look no further you will not be disappointed

So I took my dad there and it was the greasyest burgers ever in history. Every bite grease poured out of the burgers. The jerk bringing the food out would stand right next to customers and yell for other. Customers right in their ears, completely oblivious to what he was doing. It was so bad we had at least 8 napkins just to hold the burgers. We threw the sht away and left.

They were out of 8 ounce buns so we had to get the 5oz but pay for the 8 oz full price. No discount at all. Also they changed their menu and took off a lot of their better items. Young lady acted like it was no big deal that we had to pay full price for a smaller burger. Burgers are the size of a sliced tomato for $13

Good burger and tater tots. It is consistent. Service could be improved greatly, single staff member that takes orders, brings food and cleans dining room. Leads to long waits and long lines.

This place use to be the best and it has quickly gone downhill. They also reduced their items on the menu and removed the sweet potato fries which was probably their best seller. We will be going to Republic Grille moving forward for our Burgers.

Overlly greasy bland food with a dirty worn store and rude staff. It’s the trifecta of garbage and I’d consider it a blight on the rest of that shopping area. I’d recommend just going to the sonic really close by instead

It was my first time trying JAX and it was veryyy good !!! The gentleman who took my order was addressing me by name which I really appreciated, it felt like we knew each other lol. 10/10 would recommend the Baja Burger and Oreo shake!
