Good atmosphere, clean even on New Year’s Eve. Excellent sweet potato fries, great beef! Bread light and disappears a bit, great for making the burger the star (but doesn’t really add much to the flavor). Asked for a special request, which turned out good. Added mushrooms to the 8oz bacon cheeseburger and asked to make sure that they dabbed off any excessive grease, they did and was great. Burger was juicy without being greasy and plenty of it. Could have used a little more seasoning, but that’s probably just personal preference. I was glad it wasn’t too tall for me to bite the whole sandwich! I was full before my meal was gone, so a bonus of a snack for later! Portions were great.

Came in for a burger and asked for a recommendation. The lady up front lined me out with a Baja burger. This burger was in the to 3 I have ever had. I like spicy food and it had a bit of kick without making me pay in a bad way later. This burger was made to order and juicy. I had the garlic fries and they were on a gourmet level. The fries had garlic bits on them. I wouldn’t eat those on date night unless you’re married or have a long term partner that really loves you. Your breath is going to hang on to that garlic, but it’s worth the flavor. I also had a spun chocolate shake and it was good. There service was great. The young lady at the front welcomed me and everyone that came in after me and we joked back and forth for a minute while I ordered. The facility was clean and has quite a few decorations on the wall. The picture attached was taken 1/23/2019. The burger was great the fries were great, and service was great, this place gets the golden Ferg award. I will be back.

Very good place, went above my expectations, to be honest. 5 oz burgers with sweet potato fries were just what I wanted, not more nor less š Tasty real cane sodas, even though Iām not a soda drinker. Nice staff, and thanks to Angela for great customer service! Will come back for sure

This place deserves more than five stars. The food is always excellent. And they are always there with a smile on their face. I have come in at the last minute and they have served me even though I tried to leave. I thought I didn’t mention that I wanted onion rings one time and they missed them. When I went back they refuse to let me pay for the onion rings. Great business great people and the food is to die for I keep going back you should give it a try

Pretty good, but overpriced. First time we went, it was more worth it. The large fries filled up the brown paper bags and fed us all for 2 days and was awesome. Tonight, the large fry was so small everyone got 6 fries on their tiny paper plate. It was pretty sad…Not worth $4. The burgers were good, but I had a few gristle pieces in my burger I had to discard of. 2 burgers and 1 “large” (small sized) fry was $20! Not sure we’ll be back.

Kind of a lost little restaurant with all the construction going on, but well worth the find. Really tasty hamburgers and the fries are great! Not a fancy place, but then sometimes that’s what makes the food better, like in this case. Spend more time on the food and less on the ambiance! Highly recommend giving it a try.

Drove 40 minutes to get here. Staff was VERY friendly. Had strawberry shake and it was super thick with large pieces of strawberries. Got the 1/2 pound Texas burger with chili and jalapenos and it was absolutely delicious. Fries were a little better than average. I will be back.

This is our first time to try Jax and the hamburgers and fries were so good! Loved the retro decor. The menu had a great selection and was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, and attentive. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area!
