Service was great. Food was good. I ordered a Ruben, my brother a Cuban. The corned beef was fine and the sauerkraut tasted like standard shelf brand. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and didn’t have to wait to be seated but they were busy. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the beer. I’ve paid more for soft drinks elsewhere. I saw that others had ordered onion rings that looked delicious. I’ll have to try them next time.

Awesome place to grab a burger and onion rings! The food was excellent and tasted great. We shared the onion ring appetizer and it was huge. The bacon cheeseburger was amazing. So many choices but I went old fashioned with my favorite burger. The decor is pretty cool and a great location right off the main street square. Our server took great care of us. She knew the menu well and made several good suggestions. We will definitely be back!

4.5 stars – lunch time was not too busy on a Tuesday afternoon at Jaxx. We ate here for the simplicity of ordering direct from the menu without needing to make changes. The portobello salad was good. The kids meal with two chicken tenders was tasty but lacking in food. Service was precise, and timely. The decor is unique and easily remembered.

Good flavor but the only thing if you get the cheese burger it’s paper thin. I ended up taking off the bottom bun just because I wanted to taste the meat and because the meat was so thin it was more bread than anything. However if you get one of their other burgers they are more thick and appealing. Also had the pecan pie sundae. That was delicious! Staff was super friendly. Nice place to stop and eat.

Service was excellent but the burgers were pretty lackluster for what is claimed and the price. Cold buns, skimpy on toppings and the inside of the burger was microwaved. My daughter and I literally cried out in pain when we took our first bites and because the buns were cold you couldn’t tell it was so hot. They must premake the meat because the food was out in 5 minutes which definitely explains why the microwave was used. A real shame.
