I’ve had the pleasure of being here a few times now, and it’s truly delightful. So far, I’ve tried both the Pesto and the Filetti, and they’re probably the two best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. The ingredients seem to be of extremely high quality and along with skilled preparation and an obvious passion for food, it reflects accordingly in the finished product.

We kept hearing about this place on YouTube and I placed it on Google maps as a must stop on our drive. Finally drove through Buffalo and ordered a pickup. We got some four cheese pizza, Margherita, and some kind of sausage one. The crust just did not come through for us. It didn’t taste like much. Not sure what flour they used, probably not the ’00’ pizza flour. That’s such an important factor to a pizza, its the foundation to the whole pie. I love ny style pizza, thin crust and brick oven baked. This pizza wasn’t bad, but not great. I’d say like like a 5.5/10

Definitely high quality ingredients. And a true passion for making something their own way. I’m just not sure I agree with this Pizza path. Maybe it was a bad batch, but the pizzas were burnt kind of all over. Which may be part of the experience. But burnt toast doesn’t taste good.

Amazing authentic Neapolitan pizza. The dough is out of this world, overall a great experience. Don’t miss out on the pepperoni. The only problem for me was the price, which was a bit over what I expected to pay. You can substitute the mozzarella for vegan mozzarella, which is surprisingly great too

Wow, the pizza’s here are just perfectly crafted. The flavors are complex, sophisticated and delicious. The hot cherry pepper pizza is just absolutely incredible and is hands down my favorite pizza to order here. I would have liked to give half a star more (if half stars were allowed) The reasoning for why I am not giving a five star review is due to a lack of dips, parking, seating, and drinks.

This place is great! I’ve tried the Neopolitan Margherita, Funghi (pictured), Quattro Formaggi, and the Square Plain Cheese. They’re all delicious! The salad is also really tasty! I highly recommend eating here.

Best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had in recent memory. If you get it to go, reheat the Neapolitan pizzas in a hot frying pan with a lid to recrisp the bottom and avoid drying out the crust! The Neapolitan pizza is their claim to fame but the detroit style can’t be missed.

I have been to Jay’s Artisan Pizza twice so far and have fallen in love. When we first went a few months ago we tried their smaller round pies as they were cheaper. They were really good but I wasn’t completely sold. This past week we decided to go and try their rectangular thick crust pizza; it was a game changer. The crispiness of the ends mixed with the dough was of the thick crust makes it some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. We tried three different kinds, with the hot cherry pepper one being my favorite. It is pricey, but I could easily split on thick crust with my wife and that brings the cost closer to $10/person. Please go out and try it, it’s worth it.

There’s a reason they’re ranked so high on the best pizza in the country lists. We had the neopolitan style, and it was fabulous. Can’t wait to go back and try the “Detroit” style. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed!
