We’d give it 3.5 stars. Our server was distracted (and apologized). Food was good but not great and took a long time to arrive. Seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. 2 dishes were under seasoned, fish had a lot of bones, pasta was very very rich. Ambiance was nice, but we were a little disappointed. Maybe we will try again.

My wife and I went here for dinner last night, I’ve lived in Fort Collins now for three years. This is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in Colorado. Our waitress, the atmosphere, the food was all spectacular. Will recommend and be back. Thanks for the awesome experience

Atmosphere and server were nice, but was very disappointed in the portion size. $38 plate and I finished the steak in 5 bites. Ended up going elsewhere for a “second dinner” afterwards because I was still starving. I frequent the higher end restaurants in town and this was a bit of a disappointment compared to the other options available. I’d rather go to the cache or Still Whiskey for a properly cooked steak that will be 3-4x the size with plenty of sides that are actually cooked to temp. There was only about 3 spoonfuls of rice too. It was one of those experiences where it looks good on paper and when the plates delivered you go “really? Come on man…”

Decidedly mediocre. We didn’t have any particular expectation, but wanted to take some visitors from NYC to one of Fort Collins most reputable spots. Great ambiance and decor, but long wait times for apps and main courses (almost 15 mins from end of apps til the main course), and the product fell flat. Bison Carpaccio, Mussels, and Calamari apps were decent (3.5/5), but a bit over-creamed. The oyster mushroom risotto was a bowl of al dente white rice – I saw a total two slivers of mushroom, and had to add salt 3 times to find flavor and cut through the starch (1/5). My wife ordered the questionably named romanesco steak, and was dismayed to find that it wasn’t a steak accompanied by romanesco, but an actual cross-cut slab of broccoli (2/5). Our guests had the salmon, mussels, and half chicken as entrees and said it was fine (3/5)… but no one left raving. Cocktails were nice… (4/5). I’m not one to put down a local establishment, but we just were not very impressed, and felt poorly about our choice.

Amazing service!! Beautiful restaurant, and even better food!!! We had the crab cake special, it was perfect!! So much crab. We had the tuna poke, the tuna was very very good and it was well flavored as well, for the meal we had the halibut and the lobster tails, and both dishes were absolutely perfect!!! Loved eating here and can’t wait to come back!!
