Pretty good burger and fries. Service was fast as well. Had the burger , fry and a root beer. Food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Its a food truck so menu isn’t huge. I paid 15-17 bucks which was a tad high in my opinion for what I received but the food was good.

My husband and I went here for lunch yesterday with our 11 month old. It was by far the best burger and fries I’ve had in a really long time. The burger was flavorful all throughout. Even the meat had plenty of flavor and was crispy, yet juicy. The fries were nice and crispy and perfectly salty. The veggies used were very fresh. The bun held intact, which, for me, is a very important part of a good burger.

The savory beef patty and cheese are well-balanced in the hamburger, which is full of gravy. I have 100% intention to revisit!! I hope they open on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This was an awesome experience! I was impressed with the flavor of the burger. The sauce was a true compliment to the toasted bun and fresh ground beef. The fries were hot and fresh. The staff was friendly. The combo was a little pricey but it was worth it. I even enjoyed sitting at the tables outside the truck. I hope to return soon. They are only open Mondays,Wednedays and Fridays.

My first impression was this is everything Steak n Shake ever wanted to be. The burgers are crispy around the edges, the veggies on the burger are crisp and fresh. The tomato on the burger actually tasted like a tomato, unlike what you usually get at fast food places. The fries were crispy and well-salted. This is a classic American burger and fries elevated to its highest form of excellence. Cannot recommend more highly.

All-around wonderful burger experience. All of the ingredients are very obviously fresh and high-quality. The bun is toasted, the burger perfectly cooked, and the fries—fried in tallow, crispy, and perfectly salted. So simple. What other places have to cover with complex flavors and other additions, Jay puts forward, perfected in simplicity.

An adventure of smart design. This phenomenal foodery is fraught with burgers of caramelized excellence like soldiers of flavor marching towards a confident epic conclusion. The fries are truly seasoned carefully to be along that proper border between scarcity and oceanic overabundance, the product of the care lends the crisp and lite shoestring fry an ability to show off it’s deliciousness, and I ravaged them accordingly. I must also note the Jay’s sauce is a tangy mayo, spiced, perfectly entangled sensory engager by itself; however, when combined with its family members the trio shines. This chef has a great thing going, gather the family, call the friends, bring them here, and regret not.

Hit the spot! A friend saw the truck up the street and got burgers for everyone before a meeting and we spent time in the meeting hailing the deliciousness of said burgers. On a separate note, I think it’s wack that Google Reviews now asks for a ‘rating’ then ‘sub ratings’ for food, service, and atmosphere, and then tries to make an average of them…. GTFOH, google, you nerds. Jays Burgers are delicious, have great portions, many options, and are a local business. This concludes my TEDtalk.
