Lady on the phone was polite when I put in my order. Older white haired lady ignored me when I came to pickup my sandwich. I’m hard to miss at 5’10 with this beautiful brown skin. I spoke again. Still no response. Maybe because they’re so far up in the sticks she hasn’t noticed racism is DEAD haha Sandwich was cool not perfect not terrible.

This is a nice little market that is good for quick trips. The prepared food from their deli is good and their bakery items are as well. My favorite is the chicken with the lemon sauce/gravy. It has an actual name but I don’t remember even though it’s my favorite thing from Jay’s. Colleen is also just amazing and takes good care of the EMS in town.

For more than 30 years we have greatly enjoyed the wonderful people and delicious food at Jay’s Deli. Colleen and her entire crew work so hard each day to create an assortment of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals, sides, and desserts.
