I love coming into Jay’s Kitchen every time my husband surprises me to dinner, a lovely date! The food was amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love encouraging they are whenever they have new specials to try out (especially since I’m picky lol). The whole restaurant is beautiful, inside and out.

We had a very good lunch date yesterday! It was our first time going to Jay’s Kitchen and certainly won’t be our last. The service was top notch from the hostess being very friendly as was our waiter. He came to check on us numerous times and held conversations which a lot of servers don’t do anymore. I wish I got his name but he had a shaved head with a beard. Thanks very much!!

Get the Bulgogi fries! It was delicious. The atmosphere was calm, which made the experience better. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions. I will be back to enjoy with my daughter, who loves Korean culture.

When you walk in the place it looks beautiful but beautiful can be deceiving. There are small white plates on every table. Be careful they’re probably not clean. I seen one server was cleaning the table and put the dirty plates back on the table. I was sitting at another table and I could see food up underneath the plate. Another customer came in and sat down exactly wear those Dirty plates were. I made sure to tell them because I wouldn’t want to be eating off of dirty plates. I would have felt bad if I didn’t say something. Then I set there for about 30 minutes. Another customer came up and set at the table behind us. We had the same server. We had already ordered our food we were sitting there waiting for thirty minutes. Then I had noticed that the people behind us that just got there was already getting served their salad. Are sushi soup and food All came out at 1 time. Our table was so crowded and we were so uncomfortable. I would expect going to mcdonald’s where it’s not so clean. And you get what you pay for. But if i’m going to spend almost a hundred dollars or more on a meal I would expect at least To have it spotless. It’s not that difficult to take the plates and have clean ones put out. I run my own cleaning business I would never allow my clients To eat on dirty plates. That was extremely uncalled for. I couldn’t even eat my food my stomach was turning. Just because it looks nice Doesn’t mean it’s sanitized or clean. That was very disgusting. I will never come back to this restaurant if I could give this no stars I would. But what I can do is leave a review. And hopefully somebody else will go to another restaurant and not this one.
