This is a “go-to” place for me. There is something on the menu to satisfy even the appetite of the pickiest of eaters. The pizza is fantastic – some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Walking by the display case of desserts on the way to the dining area is a clever ploy to make you want to save room after you’ve eaten (did someone say chocolate cake). All of which is served with a welcoming and friendly smile by someone who feels like your neighbor by the time you get ready to leave.

EDIT: We got this BBQ Chicken with jalapenos deep dish pizza and it is AWESOME! I would definitely get this again! The owner is super friendly as well as great customer service!! He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.

This is the absolute best place you will eat in East Tennessee! We have been coming here for a while now and Jay has always exceeded our expectations, but he has taken it to the next level with his hot bar! Go see Jay, he personally works in the restaurant and creates the menu! He is down to earth and very welcoming!

Stopped in from out of town with the family and had the Hot Bar which was great! I had meat loaf, corn, green beans and mashed potatoes. My husband had a smoked half chicken with potato salad and baked beans and the kids had fried chicken and potato wedges. The staff was very hospitable and kept our cups full. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it.

I had the absolute best Fried/Smoked Bologna Sandwich from here. Heidi was our waitress, and she just had the absolute best service from a waitress/waiter that I’ve ever had. We had our dog with us and she even took care of him with water and some food.

My family ate at Jay’s New York Pizza & Grill tonight. Our server recommended the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. This sandwich was so big that two adults could share it. The seasoning was fantastic. The steak was tender. It was the best Philly Steak sandwich I have ever had. My husband got the burger and he said it was very good. The service was also great. The prices are very affordable. We highly recommend dining here.

First time. Lunch. Had the Philly pizza. Great taste! Huge amount of cheese! Could have had more meat and less cheese, but that is more my preference. Took half of it home. Had the fried mushrooms. Very tasty. Service was wonderful.
