How it is Liz
Jazzboline is one of the most beautifully designed restaurants in all of Buffalo! I have dined here on many occasions. Perfect for date nights, business dinners, or meeting up with friends! They have a massive bar offering finely crafted cocktails. The food is always on point as well. Our most recent visit, we ordered the seared sea scallops and ricotta gnocchi entree with truffles. Both were excellent choices. There are lots of options to choose from! Their menu is accessible by iPad, which allows you to get a great visual of what you are ordering. The staff is very welcoming. Everyone from the hostess to management made sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful evening all around!

Solid service. If anything too good. Lots of people coming by continuously checking in. But I can’t complain about that. Good bourbon selection with actually good prices. Menu is decent, great tasting food, maybe a bit better on presentation for the price. Either way, I would go back!

Jazzboline holds a very special place in mine and my husband’s heart. Last night, I made us a reservation to celebrate a bunch of things happening in our life and it was one of the nicest dinners we have ever had. First, our waitress, Shea, was AMAZING! She was nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful (she answered all of my one million questions). Second, the food was simply out of this world. Everything from our calamari appetizer to our steak and scallops entrees were perfect. Lastly, the cocktails were absolutely on point. I cannot say enough good things about the food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. Jazzboline is going to continue to be a regular spot for us! 🙂

Amazing atmosphere great food and drinks. We went for Jazz brunch and the music was great. I am not the best with picking wines and they are very kind to those who are not knowledgeable about wines bar tender gave an excellent explanation of wines and was very patient

Entertainingly weird experience. Upon being seated you will be given a tablet for a menu. But you can’t order off it and it’s missing many items that you can order so I’m not understanding why pay the overhead for tablets just to put half a menu on it that serve no other function.

We were a family of 5, staying at the Hyatt, dropping in for a quick bite to eat after a long day. We walked in w shorts and jeans on and 3 kids, 4 and under. Immediately, we felt out of place, but the staff was very welcoming and assured us we were fine. As we waited to be seated, we walked outside w our crying 1 year old and started to walk around. We happened upon the outside area where we heard music. We figured it was for a private event and were shocked when the host spotted us (peeking over the bushes), welcomed us to come sit and enjoy the music, order from the outside bar and happy hour food. We inquired if it was for an event, but he said it was for their happy hour. It was perfect sitting outside, which was more casual for our little family. Every single employee went absolutely above and beyond. From re- sitting us 3 times, getting us boosters and high chairs several times to get each child comfortable, the bartender who effortlessly suggested and made 2 non-alcoholic drinks for my husband and I, the waitress who was attentive and helpful with nearby attractions, even the bus boy who was ready to help out with whatever we needed as the kids dropped waters and utensils, etc. We were floored that somehow, our family of 5, were just a part of the scene. We weren’t shamed or neglected as usual. We were welcomed and waited on w excellent customer service. We can’t wait to come again!! Also, shout out to the musician. He played absolute banger after banger and did a great job covering so many great songs! Thank you!

I stay at the Reikart every 2-3 weeks for work, and normally spend my first night at the hotel for dinner to settle.

We had a large group of 15 people and everything was spectacular. Beautiful ambiance, great food, great service, live music! They even had a few vegetarian options that we could choose from that were easily made vegan. They were very accommodating and the manager worked with me ahead of time to have everything planned out. It is a great option if you are looking for something upscale. Everyone was very happy!

While service and ambiance is fantastic, food lacks especially for the price. The ravioli was gummy and lacked flavor, salmon was very tiny and the cake was not made from scratch. The positive food was the selection of breads and oils/butter that were freshly made and favorable.
