After getting my hair cut I went into the food court looking for a bite. I was just about to stop by chic Fila for the usual when across the way I spotted this place. Burgers, pizza,and pasta sounded better than the usual food here. I purchased the the bacon cheese burger and found it very enjoyable. The fries were fantastic as well. Definitely coming back to try the pasta and pizza!

Food tastes good, but I’d rather eat at McDonald’s for how much it cost and how little food I got. 10 bucks for a dinky burger and a small handful of fries. Took a while to get my food too, which one of the employees granted me free refills. Customer service okay at best, food okay at best, and price is ridiculous.

Disgusting management and food. Their food made me so sick and made me feel like I was actually dying. It tasted almost like the meat from my burger was layed out on top of a warm surface all day. Don’t ever eat here and keep giving them horrible reviews. They deserve to get shut down. Never known a more sorry excuse for a business owner. Disgusting

If I could rate this restraunt 0 stars I would. The food was cooked from frozen on a cheap grill, the prices are over rated for the quality. Thier fries are microwaved and not fried. They hard and and rubbery. Probably frozen and just microwaved. I would not recommend this as a place to eat to anyone. They have no name brand for thier restaurant at all. Just avoid the place all together. Disgusting and will not return. For two cheeseburgers, a hand full of fries and 2 drinks is going to be about $20. Poor company overall.

Low Quality for a high price. $51 for lunch for 4. Burger was below average… similar to Mcd. Bacon seemed microwaved. Fries were cold, pizza was greasy. Chickennoodle soup had WAY too much pepper. Workers seem too busy to be friendly. Soda machine worked perfectly…. .46 cent refill seems unnecessary.

Well what can I say, first off they took way to long for a small pizza and a burger. When I got my order my burger and fries were cold, the pizza was hot but really soggy it just fell apart. I asked for a beacon burger and I got salad bacon pieces instead of bacon strips not worth the extra $2.50 wont be eating here again any time soon.

The cashier was very kind and welcoming. I ordered the Alfredo and watched him put it in the microwave… that’s odd haha. It was decent though. Anyway if I go back won’t be getting that, I will get a burger since I saw him making it fresh. Pretty disappointed.

What kinda joke you peddling Jazzy? $9 for a garbage burger and fries so undercooked I could plant them and grow potatoes in my garden! Burger was dryyyyyyyyy and dripping with 1000 island. I’ve been in this business a long time and this trash reminds me of the poor kids line in middle school, easily one of the worst burgers I’ve had the displeasure of eating. The one thing you have going is your customer service. The staff was absolutely delightful. Jazzy please I beg you rework your recipes and train the staff to cook burgers to 155 degrees F, not 180 to 200! Also golden brown is the color you want to see on your fries not albino pale.

Went last week to this place. Took it to go. Got home and no breadsticks. Called and finally got manager of the smoothie store which is the manager over all the food court. She had the manager of Jazzys call me back. She was appologetic and told me to come in for a complimentary meal. Went in tonight only to find that it was just refunding money on breadsticks. Poor management.
