It can be hit or miss (I suppose like the machines), but generally the staff are nice and hardworking. If you play with your card you typically get a monthly coupon and a host card if you ask. That generally covers it and food it good. They just need to get 57.

We hadn’t eaten here since it switched from the buffet, but the food was excellent. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and the potatoes were just like the steakhouse. My husband also enjoyed the zydeco pasta. We had great service and the tab was reasonable. Loved the sangria!

Up front hostess is extremely nice but the Waiters were awful all around. They were not very busy and took 25 minutes just to get our drink order plus another hour for food. Ribs were not good at all

Stopped in JB’s Cafe on our way home from the Mississippi Blues & Heritage Festival on 9/18/22. The food was decent BUT the service was TRASH. Our server had a bad attitude from the time she came to the table, she barely came to check on us, it took forever to get drink refills and condiments. Our table wasn’t clean and luckily my family and I are super OCD so we happened to have some Clorox wipes on hand and had to clean the table ourselves. I think maybe Tunica just has bad customer service PERIOD because we had an even worse experience at the Blue & White Cafe (also in Tunica) just 2 days prior. They never have to worry about us coming back.

All I can say is I will drive the four hours for the zydeco pasta. The best pasta dish I have ever had not to mention the other items I ate their portions are better then any restaurants I have been to. Great atmosphere definitely going back in December. Love the Horseshoe casino!!!
