This place is fantastic, and probably the best of their locations. The meat quality is great, especially the beef (I wouldn’t recommended the chashu pork). The dessert bar with fresh fruit (pineapple and watermelon) and the ice cream bar (hershey’s cups) are quite delightful and really help balance out the meal.

My family and I just checked out the new JBBQ location in Commack. What an amazing experience. The wait staff was so attentive and helpful. There is so much variety of what to grill. We had angus and hanger steak, marinated chicken, several types of pork, shrimp, mussels, sweet potato, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli. The food was absolutely delicious and my kids really loved being able to grill it right at our seats. There is a sauce bar and dessert bar with fruit and ice cream that’s complementary. What an incredibly interactive and enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely be back with my family!

Our waitress was great. The back kitchen not so much, 30 mins into our meal and no meat came. People come to hot pot and bbq for meat, not just vegetables. What is the purpose of bringing out noodles and vegetables but no meat? Am I supposed to stare at it? I ate all of it and was already full by the time the meat came, I’m not sure if it’s their system but there’s something wrong with bringing out everything but no meat and asking numerous times where the ordered meat was. It was nice of them to refund my meal but this is still an unpleasant experience overall.
