WOAH THEY HAVE SO MANY OPTIONS!!! From pre-cooked food to cheesy corn (which was phenomenal) this meal was 10/10! Staff were very nice and helpful as well. They have a sauce section and a fruit area – then finish your meal with ice cream! Go for lunch though for a really good price

This is MAYBE notch over a Chinese Buffett. Inexperienced wait staff and you cook your own food; there is zero relaxing. The overall idea isn’t horrible but I would never go back. I pulled a long black hair off one of the plates of meat. Yuk. Soda were sent back all flat and they tried to charge us for them. The ice cream is served in Styrofoam cups that shatter and they give you small wooden spoons that break immediately. This was a rough visit. 6/6 YOUR REPLY COMPLETELY IGNORED THE HAIR IN MY FOOD. Beautiful layout! Great friendly staff. Warm, modern and inviting! Food was so good! As the saying goes…if Asians are eating at an Asian establishment, then it is truly good! Good job on the folks creating the concept on Long Island in Suffolk County. Will definitely come back and eat some more delicious food.

This is my first time visiting the Smithtown location, before it was always the Bay Shore location. Let’s start with the big difference, SAUCE BAR!!! Yes, this location has a sauce bar that Bay Shore does not have. The food is the same, fresh and tasty. However, this location is in a mall and therefore has parking. Our server, Miranda, was a joy and have us great service. She even gave my son their light up cube for his clear bottle. We definitely felt cared for. All in all, just as good as Bay Shore in terms of food but the service by Miranda was also exceptional. We’ll be back.

Manager was off the hook!! Busy as hell!!! Good food!!! Waitress started cooking for us the first round and never came back or fill our soup again lol!!! But was still way better then bay shore don’t even go to bay shore until they change management or the Filipino employees!!! The solo cups was kinda funny tho!!!

Excellent food. If you’re a vegetarian there are many different vegetables that you can eat and enjoy. For the rest lots of meat and seafood combinations for grilling. The hot pots are awesome and some are spicy if you like that. We enjoyed a great meal and were surprisingly full before our time ran out. You get 90 minutes. Plenty of time.

Made reservations for dinner, the girl who answered the phone was super nice and let me know about the 15 minute grace period. You have to wait until your full party arrives before they seat you. Overall the experience was great, Jacob took care of us and was super nice. Fast turn around with our order, my favorite dish was the Shrimp tempura that has this tangy orange sauce, it was delicious and I’ll be ordering it again. The pork gyoza was also really good and the house BBQ sauce was yummy (pour it on the fried rice and dip everything in it) I’m looking forward to returning, love this place ❤️
